Very good location. Excellent air-conditioning with everything there that you would need in an apartment. It was very clean and spacious.

it was clean, spacious and perfect location (though for light sleepers it might be an issue as you can hear people talking on the streets late at night). Miguel that owns the apartment was great, let us check out at 7pm as our flight was at 10pm and even helped us find a driver to take us to see the waterfalls and caves.

The proximity to the beach and the shops and restaurants as also the castle. The size of the apartment. Miguel was very helpful, very polite and some of the stars are to his credit. The apartment had full working appliances and plumbing. The cost of living has not created as much of a crisis in Alicante !
Nothing that is major. But the apartment sits on top of a sex shop whixh by the way is a quiet shop with no problems. The layout means it is dark apart from the living and 1 bedroom. The bathrooms do get musty with 8 days of living and a mid week cleaning would be very fruitful. Kitchen needs more glasses and cups and a colander.

Location, close to city center
The apartment is old and very dark. You can’t see the ligh from outside, in special from the bedrooms.
The towels were not clean, we wash them in the washing machine to be sure that there was clean.
Miguel was very nice and polite and helpful with all the information that we needed.

Lovely apartment in an excellent location. Very clean, great facilities and a fantastic host in Miguel who made us fell very welcome. Highly recommended on all fronts - and excellent choice and you will not be disappointed.

Excellent location, 2 minutes to the Esplanade and beach. Bright apartment, well equipped, comfortable beds, quiet, lots of restaurants nearby, fabulous!

Excellent location, very clean, lots of space and had everything we needed. Host went above and beyond and was so so helpful!

Hosts were very helpful and provided snacks and drinks to welcome our family. Easy check-in and check-out process. The apartment had everything needed for our family to have a great vacation.

Close to the harbour and loads of local amenities from the market to shops and restaurants. Miguel also shared lots of excellent places to eat and go for lunch and dinner.
The apartment was very large and the rooms comfortable
It could be a bit noisy at times in the night (Spanish drivers love to honk their horns through the night) but you are staying in town so it’s to be expected :)

Miguel runs an excellent apartment. It was very clean, very neat and tidy. Lots of space for a family of 6 adults and multiple beach bags.
We will certainly stay here again if we visit Alicante.
The beach is a 5 minute walk. And the main promenade with the bars and restaurants is a 1 minute walk.
Two of the three bedrooms look over a very quiet central courtyard, with lots of plants belonging to a lower level flat. The third bedroom, which I would say is a master room looks over the street with a side view of Castillo de Santa Barbara.
