The location was great with the proximity of the beach and local restaurants, room was nice and clean, parking was a little tight but other than that everything was fine.

Location, value, comfortable
Pillows were not comfortable, too flat. Cable tv was not good, no guide and reception was bad.

Close to the beach and the pier. The pool area was very nice as well. Rooms were great.
Drink machine didn’t work but it wasn’t that big of a deal.

Location was great & we were appreciative of the early check in.
Parking is horrible, Wi-Fi never worked, keyless entry was tricky, pool was small and locked up early, outside pool shower did not work, air conditioner was very loud & turned off a lot, paper thin walls, stained window curtain and shower curtain, outside had a lot of flies, and the shower water took forever to heat up

No fault of hotel.but since close to the beach was a little buggy.

Location was great. Across the street to beach access point. Walking distance to ice cream and food.

The motel has comfy beds and updated rooms. It is in a good location location with easy public beach access. We appreciated its pet friendliness.
A/C constantly cuts off after running for 10 minutes, you have to keep restarting. Vehicle parking right outside the door is very convenient but also very loud when other people come in late and are slamming doors or tailgates. It can’t be avoided, just something to keep in mind.

The beds were comfy and it looked and smelled clean!
Bathroom shower tiles were crumbling and looks like it just needed to be freshened up with caulk, and a few cosmetic things

Very cozy. Easy access to the beach and restaurants. Liked the keyless entry
Ice machine was broken and did not have laundry facilities. Not a deal breaker but would be nice to have the ability to do laundry. Was still overall a nice stay.

The grassy area for pets was full of briars/cactuses.

smaller room than expected. light right outside window was always on. the a/c was noisy. these two thing made sleeping difficult

The location to the beach was amazing. Kids loved the pool and the rooms were very nice and clean.
the parking was a little weird but not enough to make us stay away next year.

How it was decorated and how clean it was. The size of the room was also great!
The shower dripped constantly and could hear our neighbors. We are used to having a breakfast come with the stay.

Getting bed bugs and no hot water. I left the next morning to go and find another room

Great location, clean, Jessy at the front desk was very helpful as was Mike from from housekeeping. It was so quiet regarding being insulated from adjacent rooms and the main road.
Our family needed more space but we knew we were staying at a motel for one night so its size was doable for one night. The window a/c unit was a little loud. This isn’t a luxury hotel which is why I rated it an 8 overall, but it is very clean, comfortable, updated and safe.
