Ubicato in Ocean View, questo affascinante casa a 460 € per notte è un eccellente scelta per il tuo prossimopausa. Le tariffe dell'ESTATE 2020 sono state aggiornate. Nuova costruzione, casa unifamiliare nella bella, tranquilla e ricercata comunità di Bishops Landing. Vicino al campo da golf di Bethany Beach e Bear Trap Dunes. Bella, grande cucina con isola in granito che può ospitare 4. Posti tavolo da pranzo 8. Il soggiorno principale ha una grande sezione, soffitti a volta e TV. Portico anteriore, portico posteriore, cortile laterale. Piattaforma posteriore completata, doccia esterna in corso. 16 piedi di patio rotondo con firepit. Grande master al primo piano con TV. Camera da letto matrimoniale e camera con 3 gemelli situata anche al primo piano. La quarta camera da letto è uno "studio" con letto matrimoniale e tavolo da gioco al primo piano. Loft al secondo piano con divano, sedie e TV. Un'ulteriore grande camera da letto si trova al 2 ° piano, insieme a un bagno completo. Questa camera da letto al 2 ° piano ha due letti matrimoniali con rotelle doppie e un terzo letto matrimoniale.
C'è anche un garage per 2 auto, ma potrai parcheggiare solo un'auto nel garage. Due auto possono essere parcheggiate nel vialetto. Le auto aggiuntive non possono essere parcheggiate sulla strada ma possono essere parcheggiate in un parcheggio di troppo pieno a circa 1,5 isolati dalla casa.

Clean, fun area with nice shared swimming pools, very responsive owner. Great vacation! Only issues were grill was not working well and neither was oven (neither got very hot). Stovetop and other appliances were fine.

This was our second time staying here. The owner is wonderful and the house has plenty of space for everyone to spread out! We loved taking a walk on the nature trail and swimming in the pool. Convenient to beaches and golf, too.

My family and I decided to rent in Bishops landing and we made the right decision.
The house is beautiful, has everything you need and is in excellent conditions. Very spacious and comfortable.
While being there, we talked about coming back in the Summer since the complex also offers swimming pools and is very well located at 10 minutes driving to the Bethany beaches and 5 min from the supermarket.
Adriene was a great host and the communication was excellent.
We highly recommend this property if you’d like to spend quality time with your family in a safety a nice environment.

Beautifully appointed home. Private bedrooms and baths for 3 over 60 couples. Large kitchen with every amenity you could need. Lovely back porch and great fire pit area. Large living room with comfortable seating. Grocery and restaurants very close by. Fox's Pizza their white pizza = I'm dreaming still about it. Only negative if your allergic, there is a lot of dog hair on living room sofa/chairs/ rug and master comforter which we removed then replaced when we left. I would rent again. Great week despite 3 days of rain as there were puzzles and games and books availble .

This is a beautiful, spacious house. It is perfect for large families, providing separate wings for sleeping and large communal spaces. The owner is very easy to communicate with and she provides a well stocked kitchen. There are also tons of toys for children as well as bicycles.

We had a hard time finding a place that would accommodate our whole family for Christmas. This was the perfect home for our family. Had all we needed and everyone had a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful time at this property for Thanksgiving and the weekend. The owner was extremely responsive and very helpful. She was lovely!
The home is spotless and really roomy. It’s as beautiful as the pics. We stayed for the holiday with extended family of 13 and our small dog. Everyone loved it! We never felt crowed or uncomfortable.
I highly recommend this home and it’s owner.

The owner provided so much information and the community is wonderful. Great location - lots of nearby places to eat, shop, and things to see and do. We went to the nature conservatory and I enjoyed walking my dogs around the community (one is disabled and I have to use a stroller). I would like to bring my whole family (party of 9 or 10) next time. I think the location is perfect. You will want for nothing with what this home and the area have to offer. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us.

This was our 1st vacation since the pandemic. We stayed at this house from Sept. 11 thru Sept. 25. The house was clean, nicely decorated, updated and large enough for everyone to spread out. Beds were very comfortable. It was close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. It was a short drive to the beach at Bethany. Adrienne, the owner was great and very accomadating. The library was great, everyone was able to find a good book to read. Our stay for the 2 weeks was very comfortable and relaxing.

House was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 young children under 4. Had everything we needed and then some. Community pool was walking distance to house. We went to the beach each morning and pool each day!! Great location.

We cannot say enough about the property or Adrienne the owner. EVERYTHING is exactly as it was described. We didn't lack anything as the home is incredibly furnished and stocked with anything and everything we could have possibly wanted or needed.
The number of plates, dishes, utensils, cups, glasses, etc. was more than enough. We grilled two of our seven nights and the second night we did exchange the propane tank as it felt low and we didn't want to run out in the middle of cooking steaks.
The number of restaurants, stores, etc. is awesome and very convenient to the home. Adrienne, the owner, had given us lots of information in this regard and it was very much appreciated and helpful.
The home is large enough so that you are not on top of one another and has plenty of spaces to get away from each other for downtime, yet at the same time areas for everyone to congregate or eat together as well.
Truly this is a home where you are away from home but couldn't feel any more comfortable than if you were in your own home.
On a personal note, my wife pays particular attention to decorations and details and seldom does she lavish the praise she did for this home's decorations, furniture, or anything else. She was really impressed.
When we come back this will be the first place we will check for availability and so should you.

This house was beautiful and comfortable for our whole family and 2 dogs! Minutes to the beach and boardwalks yet tucked away in a quiet community. The club house with pool was awesome. We also had a fire pit in the back yard, great relaxation for sure! The owner was outstanding as she corresponded timely and was super nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back next year!!

This home and the host, Adrienne, was everything we hoped for. The home was beautiful with furnishings appropriate for the size & number of guests. The outdoor patio & fire pit was great for morning coffee & afternoon cocktails. The neighborhood & amenities were great, allowing us to spend time walking or lounging at the pool. My husband said just before we left for home that he would definitely rent this home again for our beach getaways.

Loved the house! Tastefully decorated, well stocked, lots of space! Close drive to the beach and access to the community tennis courts was a big plus! It was also great to roast some marshmallows over the fire pit under a sky full of stars! Highly recommended!

The house is beautifully decorated and well-maintained with a lovely deck and patio area. The owner is an excellent communicator. Adrienne sent helpful information about the area before we arrived and responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay. The neighbors are friendly and we even played pickle ball with them. It is a short distance to the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended. It will exceed your expectations!
