The Pineapple House-Beachfront views, 5 bedroom 3 bath, 2 masters in Surfside.
Casa personalizzata dal design accattivante con splendida vista a Surfside Beach con rampa di accesso facile. 5 camere da letto e 3 bagni con 2 maestri, (uno su e uno in giù) 15 posti letto. Walkover la spiaggia a pochi passi. Cammina verso i ristoranti, guarda il tramonto e crea ricordi.
Al piano inferiore - Bellissimo open space, zona giorno con divano letto e TV da 65 ".
Master camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e bagno con cabina doccia pavimento in ciottoli.
Seconda camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e balcone proprio.
Il corridoio ha un bagno in comune e un angolo accogliente con un letto singolo e un armadio con lavatrice e asciugatrice.
La terza camera ha 2 letti singoli e un armadio a scomparsa che i bambini adoreranno.
Al piano superiore - Il secondo master ha un letto matrimoniale e un bagno privato, un bar e un balcone privato.
quinta camera da letto una camera a castello con un'area di intrattenimento per i bambini e due letti a castello full size.

The door was very hard to lock/unlock with the key. In fact, it broke the second day and some of us got locked out. We had to find tools and remove the door knob. It took over 48 hours for the repair man to come. Luckily, we found an extra interior knob in a closet and were able to use that. The countertops in the kitchen were dirty. There were dead bugs in multiple rooms. The balcony door wouldn’t open. Windows leaked so when it rained, there was water all over the floor. One of the ceiling fans didn’t work so I had to buy a fan. There were broken beach chairs and a broken grill on the ground level. The lights under the house where we parked and grilled didn’t work. The door on the small pet area was broken so we had to keep our dogs on a leash to take them to use the bathroom.

Great location and house. A couple of things need upgrades that go with living on the beach. This is our second year here and will absolutely book again! You can’t beat the view.

Great location! This house has a great layout and lots of room for a large group. Unfortunately the house hasn’t been maintained well (outdoor areas broken down, faded, rusted) several broken blinds, old mattresses, but the biggest reason for a lower rating is the cleanliness. Showers were dirty with hair, floors were dirty and dusty, dishes in cupboards were dirty and slimy, even remotes were sticky. We washed everything so at least the next guest gets clean dishes.
