Situato sulla splendida isola di Amelia, decorato in modo impeccabile, il condominio fronte oceano offre il meglio di tutti i mondi. A pochi passi dal Fort Clinch State Park dove è possibile fare escursioni, andare in bicicletta e pescare da uno spettacolare molo lungo un quarto di miglio. Circa due miglia dalla storica Downtown Fernandina Beach, dove le strade di ciottoli sono adornate con case in stile vittoriano, cucina raffinata e negozi al dettaglio caratteristici.
Letto matrimoniale in master, due gemelli nella seconda camera da letto aperta e divano letto matrimoniale pieghevole in den. Ottima vista sull'oceano e sulla spiaggia dalla terrazza privata.
Non vediamo l'ora di potervi accogliere presto.
P. S. Non essere sorpreso se anche tu sei accolto dal nostro delfino, lamantino, pellicani, tartarughe marine, gabbiani e simili, mentre vi riposate sulla nostra bellissima spiaggia.

Great location. Well equiped unit. Good view, clean and well kept. Excellant choice for a couple or a family of four. Perhaps not for 2 couples as there is a privacy issue with the second bedroom. Hope tp enjoy again sometime in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. The condo was equipped with everything we needed, very clean and a great location, short drive to restaurants and stores The owner was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Great view of the beach also!

Property was as described. Had a minor issue on our first day but Tim reached out to us first and had the issue resolved asap. He was a very gracious host. The building was very secure. Not crowded at all. Would definitely stay there again.

If you’re wondering, we love the location of Terraces at Beachside! Close to restaurants and not far from the beautiful little downtown of Fernandina! We’ve visited here for years! This is our 4th stay in the complex, our 1st at the Robinson’s unit 303. They have the place very well stocked with everything you’ll need! Furnishings are nice and clean. We love having 2 baths (not all units here do). Check in was easy breezy and we feel like we got a good deal! We’ll be back!

We have stayed at Terraces twice before, but this was the first time in this unit. It was great...plenty of room, awesome view from the balcony, extremely clean, and probably one of the most well stocked units we've ever stayed in anywhere. The kitchen had everything we needed! The hosts were very easy to deal with and we would definitely stay here again!

Great beachside location
We enjoyed our stay. Nice to have 2 bathrooms (note that main bathroom has tub only (no shower). Comfortable queen bed. Kitchen is well equipped. Good ocean view from side balcony. (Note-Interior furnishings are in good condition but could use some updating)

Incredible location, wonderful view, Fabulous find
My husband and I got lucky with a last minute cancellation because this condo seems to remain solidly booked. The location is perfect to downtown Fernandina. The beach is beautiful, the view is so nice. the condo has more than we needed. We loved celebrating our 31st anniversary here. We enjoyed only a short drive to Salt, at the RItz, for a lovely dinner and it's a quick drive or short walk over to Fort Clinch. The owner was so helpful and always available. Loved this condo!

The property was as described. We could hear the sound of the surf and getting to the beach took no time at all. We would return to your place again.
Our only problem was that the coffee maker needs to be replaced.

Great location, very clean, well equipped, owner was very quick to respond to a question I had, highly recommended

Condo was nice. Kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed. It was very clean and nicely furnished. The pool was really small and shared with hotel adjoining property. Only 3'9" in depth. Curtains in small bedroom need updating, sheer and no backing and room was really bright at 630 in morning.
