Benvenuti nel nostro Beach Side Retreat, un'accogliente casa ben arredata con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni che dista solo UN BREVE BLOCCO dalla spiaggia. La casa può ospitare comodamente fino a 8 adulti. CONTROLLA LA DISPONIBILITÀ DEL CALENDARIO PRIMA DI INVIARE UNA RICHIESTA E SI PREGA DI NOTARE LE NOSTRE TARIFFE ESTIVE. I SOGGIORNI SETTIMANALI DA SABATO A SABATO SONO PREFERITI DURANTE L'ESTATE (GIUGNO ATTRAVERSO AGOSTO). SOGGIORNO MINIMO DI 4 NOTTI DURANTE ALTRI MESI.
DESCRIZIONE CASA
Due storie: l'ingresso è al primo livello, con soggiorno, cucina, sala da pranzo e un bagno. 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno completo al piano superiore. Puoi anche goderti il bel tempo di San Diego nel nostro ampio cortile comune ma privato.
La camera da letto principale ha un letto king-size; la seconda camera ha 2 letti queen size e al primo piano c'è un letto a baldacchino (full-size).
Il nostro garage contiene anche tutto il necessario per goderti la giornata in spiaggia (compresi ombrelloni, sedie, giochi da spiaggia, boogie board, carro giocattolo, ecc.).
POSIZIONE:
* A pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia.
* Molto vicino al centro di Oceanside e 10 minuti a piedi dal molo di Oceanside.
* Amtrack / Metrolink si trova nelle vicinanze. Ci si aspetta un po 'di rumore dai treni.
* Dista circa 10 minuti in auto da Legoland e Carlsbad. 30 minuti di auto a sud di San Diego, Sea World, San Diego Zoo e altre attrazioni della SD.
* Guida 90 minuti a nord verso Disneyland, Universal Studios e altre attrazioni di Orange County.
Godrai di tutto lo spazio per te, è silenzioso con la massima privacy.

Non è lussuoso, ma adoriamo la nostra (praticamente) nuova confortevole casa per le vacanze e stiamo cercando ospiti che non solo adoreranno soggiornare qui, ma lo tratteranno con tenera cura come se fosse il loro.

We are owners at a nearby time share. Our daughter's family stayed in this condo. It is the second time they have used the facility, and they love being there. It is convenient to our condo, near the beach and in excellent condition. Thank you!

The home was fabulous. Even had a visit from the friendly neighborhood kitty. Previous tenants’ remarks about train noise was exaggerated. All we heard were distant bells and that’s only because we had windows open and tv off. No need to drive to beach or downtown. The walk was so close it was faster!!

This place has great potential. It has its pros and cons.
The neighborhood is nice. It is a bit of a walk to get to a beach. The ocean is close, but you can't access the beach to play on until further down, by the pier. It was too far to lug all the beach stuff for a day. The actual property outside is very nice and well kept. It is a beautiful area. If you go on a walk you will see there is an issue with many homeless in the area and no facilities for them to use. We understand that is what it is. It's just a con to the area.
The pictures were not an accurate depiction, in our opinion. The couch is falling apart and uncomfortable. I only slept in the master bed, so I can only speak for that one. You can feel the springs in the mattress and it was very firm. It needs at least a mattress topper. My husband and I never found a comfortable spot in the house. The place needs some more attention to detail. Grimy spots and hair on the walls. Drawers in the kitchen weren't the cleanest. Not all the dishes were clean, that were put away as clean. Linens and bedding, especially the comforters, were in need of an upgrade. Two had spots that looked like they weren't clean, but they look 20 years old. With the mishmash of towels and dishes it feels almost like your staying at grandma's. The dining chairs are cloth and gross. The grime and old linens kind of kept us from feeling “at home". All of those things are pretty easily fixable. I'd stay in the place again if I knew it was updated and better taken care of.
I will say, the owner was very easy to work with. All of that was a breeze.
