Questo è l'appartamento più grande del complesso di 85 mq e l'unico vero appartamento con 3 camere da letto doppie - ha le dimensioni di un letto matrimoniale e di un letto messi insieme. Il bellissimo centro storico e il porto turistico sono a portata di mano. Il complesso dispone di 2 piscine e vasca idromassaggio e spa.

Lovely apartment, well situated near the marina. Loads of eateries near by and a small beach close by. Really well situated for station. Pools are great. The balcony is north facing but does get some sun most of the day. Property was fine just lacking one or two start essentials like coffee. I would stay there again.

We were greeted by Richard and Gail who were extremely helpful and welcoming. The apartment is spacious, with two excellent terrace balconies for sun bathing and dining. It is well equipped and the air con worked well, keeping us cool. The children loved the pools which were kept clean and not overly busy. We always managed to get sunbeds and the atmosphere was very family friendly. We could walk to the nearest grocery store in a few minutes and loved the proximity to Port Vauban. We will be back!

The location ist perfect if you want to get around without a car. The view from the appartment is awesome and the masterbedroom is very sapucios, so is the en suite bathroom. The other rooms are quite small and also the other bathroom. But if you are out most of the day it is ok. The check-in worked out great although it was quite early at 10 am and we could even leave our luggage until the evening of the last day. The pool is refreshing and it was a great trip.

The apartment is extremely well located - an easy walk to the old town, the markets, the many restaurants, the SNCF station, and the city beach. 15-20 minute walk to the Ponteil Beach. Well appointed, all appliances etc in working order - coffee machine (nespresso pods YAY!). Could do with a knife sharpner as they were all blunt but apart from that kitchen area and kit was excellent. plenty of glasses, plates, cutlery etc.
Living room was good. Was the only area that wasn't as clean as the rest of the apartment. Great living space especially if doors were opened onto one of the balconies.
very large main bedroom (with air con) - fan was rather dusty so couldn't use that. but not really needed in that room. plenty of wardrobe space.
En suite - lovely bathroom - spacious and all in good working order (shower tray took a little while to drain - probably could do with some attention but generally fine).
2nd bathroom -quite small - and only children or short people could shower in there as it's a fixed head but fixed quite low. Lots of hot water though.
2nd and 3rd bedrooms not air conditioned - probably usually fine but we were there in exceptionally hot weather which made those rooms very hot at night. Both are quite small. But all beds in all rooms are very comfy as are the pillows etc.
we replaced the broken parasol - enjoy!

Overall experience was really good with a helpful property manager. The verandah was lovely for eating out. The overall property was well maintained and it was nice to have access to a pool. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped but the sharp knives were more blunt than sharp. We appreciated the shopping trolley made supermarket trips much easier. It was nice to have access to the roof terrace, unfortunately it took us some time to fix the umbrella for use.
Although the bedsheets were clean the bedspreads lacked freshness and the towels could have a used an upgrade.
The shower in the en suite was very slow to drain, backing up quickly.
Overall a great spot on the edge of Antibes Old Town, great service from the property manager but some things need some TLC for the property to be good value for money.

this property is in an excellent position,you can walk everywhere. The agents were also very good to communicate with. The apartment is need of an upgrade in furniture and fittings,the sofas etc were very shabby. Also you can get no TV at all,as there is no sky card in the decoder. This needs to be fixed.

Fantastisk lokasjon og bassenganlegg
Leiligheten ligger meget sentralt og bassenganlegget er suverent og passer godt for barnefamilier. God plass og rent i leiligheten. Takterassen har god utsikt mot Nice og Cap de Antibes. Leiligheten har kun spiseplass ute (og ikke inne), men det fungerer fint siden solen ikke kommer inn før på ettermiddagen. Kun hovedsoverommet har air condition, mens de to andre har vifter og det fungerer greit nok. Det er ikke oppvaskmaskin, men vaskemaskin på kjøkkenet.

A super apartment, very close to the center of Antibes and the harbour.
With a big master bedroom and two small, but functional bedrooms, it is great for a family.
The pool and surrounding area are super.

We would highly recommend this apartment
My husband and I plus our three young children stayed here for a week and we would definitely recommend it. The apartment was clean, spacious, had two balconies with fantastic views of the sea and a roof terrace. The children loved the swimming pools and the central Antibes location meant we could walk to the station we didn't need to hire a car (it's so close to local amenities even our young children could easily walk everywhere). The main bedroom overlooks the marina so you wake up to a wonderful view. Richard, the manager was very helpful and gave us his number in case of any problems (which we didn't need as everything was perfect).

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the apartment is in a really good location near the marina. The apartment was very spacious & the private roof top terrace was a bonus. The swimming pools were surprisingly large for a property in such a central location so plenty of relaxation & swimming.
Richard, who met us at the apartment, was very helpful & went out of his way to ensure that we enjoyed our stay, even giving us his mobile number (which we didn't need as everything worked perfectly well).

Very spacious apartment in a great location
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the apartment is in a really good location near the marina. The apartment was very spacious & the private roof top terrace was a bonus. The swimming pools were surprisingly large for a property in such a central location so plenty of relaxation & swimming.

Toppers leilighet i Antibes
Vi leide denne leiligheten i et for oss kjent område av Antibes ved Port Vauban.. Så vi visste på mange måter hva vi gikk til sånn ellers. Dette med leilighet og standard er jo en smakssak. Vi hadde behov for 3 soverom, ønsket oss stor takterrasse, og ellers god plass. Alt dette har den, og leiligheten traff etter våre ønsker. Vår familie reiser stadig tilbake til Antibes, og denne leiligheten er like aktuell for oss ved neste tur. Anbefales!

3 bedrooms ( one pretty small), 2 full baths and a good equipped kitchen. Our breakfast time on the patio was wonderful...( pick up your crumbs cause ants love them).
Having lived in the south of France, we chose the month of June for milder temperature but still wanted an AC for our Texas friends whom joined us for a family reunion.
Richard was a great help, spending numerous hours either helping at making the TV work, which in the end due to poor satellite or cable connections did not work properly and meeting with Ac repair people which also after a week did not work at all and looks like in need of a new compressor. We had one fan in condo that we moved from living room to bedroom. Washer quit working after 3 loads :(
Richard truly cared about making our stay very comfortable, but in the end the owner needs to update and fix these problems. A discounted rate would be appreciated.....
