The house is very nice and provided a good stay while we dealt with family issues. The biggest issue was that the listing does NOT make it clear you have to pay for electricity which is up to an additional 1500!! I didn’t have any option at the time so felt very taken advantage of. Also once you book you’ll have to sign multiple contracts one of which has a weird statement about the fridge and having to pay for a maintenance call if you think it’s not staying cold. Well, surprise the fridge is not great - the water and ice are not hooked up at all so we had to buy ice and we were afraid to put too much food in it. The beds are those foam beds and none of our group could sleep well. There were barely any towels and no hand towels to dry your hands. Lastly the pool had a pool cleaner come every week but it was always dirty still (maybe because the house is in a wind corridor).

Had a great stay! Pool was awesome. House was perfect for the 10 of us

The house is beautiful, fully equipped, upgraded rooms, bathrooms, furniture very comfy. The only we weren’t to happy with, was the back yard and pool. The pool was very very dirty yea their was a dust storm the second day we arrived but the pool had high amounts of dirt, and the furniture was old, broken, and very dirty. The spa was nice but the top 4 stones on the pool were very very loose, to where they’d fall on into pool, so just removed them and placed them on the floor for safely .

Property was exactly as advertised-well kept and clean. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet. I was especially pleased with the response from the agent when there was a question with operating the electronics-they had a maintenance person out immediately to show us how to operate everything. One improvement I would suggest is a manual summerizing the features of the property and how to operate them.
