Very clean and comfortable, the staff were very helpful. Very spacious room, have a separate living area and bedroom. Great location for both transport and shops. Lobby bar also serves coffee which is great in the mornings.

La posizione dell'albergo ottima per raggiungere il centro sia a piedi che con due fermate di metro a pochi passi dalla struttura. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile (Emanuela ci ha offerto la possibilità di scegliere la stanza fra due simili). Il giorno della partenza il mio compagno ha ricevuto persino un piccolo regalo di compleanno. Anche Margherita, la nostra taxista consigliata dalla struttura, merita una menzione speciale!

Very friendly staff without exception the room, the location and last but not least the manager on front desk is super professional and friendly with lots of experience in the hospitality. I can’t give better recommendations for staying at this Hotel.
For sure will stay there on my next visit.
I can’t complain about anything about the property, everything was as it should.

it was very clean and room was pretty large. bedroom, bathroom and living room alike. Receptionist kept in touch with us and helped with very late check-in and early check-out. Very flexible. convenient location with access to shopping centre walking distance, tube station, bust stops, shops, fresh fruit market etc. all needed

Very polite host. She is available all the time - also late at night. The beds were very comfortable - pleasantly hard, but just enough, not too harsh - it is kind of rarety nowadays. The breakfast is served at a small turkey restaurant across the street - it is really good not only for breakfast if you like the turkey dishes.
The room consisted of 2 small rooms - the bedroom and living room with TV and small fridge - very convenient for more than 1 guests.
The internet was perfect (as almost everywhere in Bulgaria).
It was quite clean.
The bathroom had a leak, but it was not a problem for my 2 days stay. This part of the city is quite noisy, but one cannot change that one.

The room was big, quiet at night, warm ( it was freezing cold outside) with comfy beds and all the toiletries you might need in the bathroom. Emma, the manager, has been lovely, taking good care of us and helping us with the parking upon arrival. The hotel is very close (50 metres) to the metro station which takes you directly to the city centre ( just two stops) . In the same street of the hotel just 300 metres towards the city centre there are two amazing restaurants . Highly recommended.

The hotel is on a main street and easy to find by car. The garage was secured and comfortable. The appartment was comfortable, good looking, with a nice bathroom and wooden furniture that makes the space exceptional.
We had a view on the main street and the huge windows made a pretty and cool visual experience.
The hotel has sent us a message, although we have announced the arrival time. Also there was no 24/7 reception desk. Despite, the staff was kind and correct.
The WiFi on the 3rd floor had a weak signal.
The sound insulation was quite bad and as we were on the main street's side it sounded like if we were parked by the highway.

Big room and comfortable bed. Very close to the red metro line, which is going directly to the airport.

Hotel Rooms were up to standard, always clean, warm and cosy - just like home !

Rooms have everything you need except good noise isolation. If you’re a light sleeper I wouldn’t recommend staying.
No one at reception during check out hours.
