Fabulous location, with fabulous view of the water front in Perast. We enjoyed watching all the boats large and small going about their busy day! Studio was well equiped and we loved the convenience of having a washing machine. Outside terrace was private and a great size too. The village is busy with people visiting in the day but goes quiet for the evenings. Perast has many lovely bars and restauramts to serve all tastes.Perfect holiday for our age group 50 +.

Only slight improvement for us - would be to provide a toaster in the kitchen. The outdoor terrace could be improved by adding a couple of sunbeds and the planters need refreshing. Otherwise a perfect stay!

מקום יפיפה, יחסית עם פחות מדרגות. נוף מדהים לים, דירה נוחה ומרווחת מספיק. שקט וקרוב למרכז, נקי מאוד, יש אביזרים לבישול ואכילה.

יש בעיירה מידי פעם הפסקות חשמל והדירה הזו סובלת לא מעט מהן. המארחת לא מגיעה פיזית ולא כל-כך מטפלת בבעיות שצצות אבל המקום עדיין שווה את ההכלה של חסרון זה.

Немного бы обновить посуду (добавить 2-3 чашки побольше объемом и пару стаканов ) В апартаментах Levant , в дверь со двора вечером светит фонарь уличный, прямо на кровать, завешивали полотенцем, чтобы уснуть. И было бы замечательно встречать гостей маленьким велком набором: вода, чай/кофе. Сильная слышимость соседей сверху , увы придется потерпеть )

Perast is an exceptional town in Boka, probably the most beautiful place for a holiday in Montenegro. It has a great history and well-preserved architecture. It's calm and quiet. There are several good restaurants. The location of this accommodation is excellent - it is located in the first row to the sea.

I've been coming to Perast for more than 15 years and in total I spent more than 6 months in this wonderful city in several different accommodations (including cheaper than this one, but also the most expensive ones in the city). I'm trying to figure out if this accommodation is worth a visit. Unfortunately, it is not. Firstly, photos and descriptions are not enough to show the true condition. The terrace is shared and primarily belongs to the flat below this. The construction of the floor structure is such that even common walking through the flat can be heard in the flat below, which (justifiably) bothers the one who stays in the flat below. It's not uncommon in Perast, but I think it should be emphasised in the description of the flat. Cleanliness is not satisfactory. I rarely write negative reviews so I wouldn't add anything more, I had a desire that this review would help others in choosing their accommodation in Perast as well as the host to improve the services.
