Service was amazing with nothing to much for them to do.

Really liked the location of it, it was very handy and most of the places were easily reachable by foot. Self-check in system also was comfortable enough. The apartment was quite spacious, however, our stay was far from being pleasant (please read below)...

...our apartment was far from being clean (tons of hairs around, dirt here and there, half wet linen left in a tumble dryer for us to sort out, greasy stains on a tablecloth, utterly dirty TV remote control, etc....quite a list!) and Mario (apartment's manager) seemed to be very touchy and defensive for no reason when this subject was brought up (I've got a collection of snaps pointing out hairs and dirt from his place that he was trying to argue about). Obviously, Mario's standard of cleanliness is different to my expectations. How very sad! Also, we were lucky to have "wonderful" neighbours above our rented apartment, who were entertaining us with music and very loud talks after midnight (on one day till 3 a.m. even) ....Mario didn't even try to advise anything to help us or to do anything about it. He just ignored my message. "Excellent" hospitality and customer care! Thank you, Mario.
