the magnifecent view... facillities also good n the hotel food was delicious with great hospitality from the staff

a bit isolated from the other places and need a bot to go or back to jetty n a bit dangerous coz they are usiing floating platform to access the shore...n the shore also got many stones.. no other choices of food other than from the hotel ( but hotel food also delicious) so should be no problem.

yes, both rooms are sea view .Room are dirty , torn down , especially toilet are very dirty . location is out from the rest of the jetty ,difficult to reach ABC , we have to hike and too dangerous because of rainy days ,is not safe for young and inexperience and elderly people ,taking a speed boat there are charges for each trip . My room was a single room A5 , there isn't hot shower although when booking shower was being stated in facilities . The tap water was dirty, I wouldn't want using it to make hot drink ,a dirty standing fan and when i switch on the fan was super noisy .One good thing was I don't need the fan because it was raining so its cold enough i need not need the fan . no kettle , no toiletress, .according to the local staff he said because of covid 19 ,many workers had gone back to their country any worker help to rebuild the unit .

beach: has very small beach front of Panuba, lots of stones inside cannot walk in sea. Cannot go to the other beach by walk only boat is the option. Room: dirty walls, TV no signal, no drinking water facility, horrible bed sharp spring coming out hurted many times, balcony light not working. bathroom: handwash sink over flow and water not going properly, dirty bathroom floors and wall, washer also worst.

there was an issue with the water of the room. I believe they should have provided a better solution than just tell us to take a cold shower from public restroom of the hotel

I want to complain about SD18's room, it is very dirty, full of dust, the furniture is cracked, the outer walls and roof are peeling, the balcony fence is waiting for the time to collapse, the toilet bowl is stained, the TV is old and does not work, the balcony door cannot be locked, the windows cannot be closed tightly, the curtains are dirty and the most unacceptable is the very dusty fan! I don't know if the sheet changed or not. and kettle full of ants. I entered the room less than half an hour later, my body got itchy because I'm allergic to dust. this is really beyond my expectation in a worst way.. sorry i can't accept a room condition like this. plus the kitchen service is too slow. Waiting for ordered food more than 2 hours. on the 2nd day I whatsapp order at 7+pm, 10pm not yet arrived! this will be my first and last visit to your resort.

The location is beautiful! Secluded so not very busy. Nice snorkling just around the beach - we saw baby sharks! They have a very nice pier that you can sit on and enjoy a gorgeous sunset. It was a hike on 10 min through djungel (but on a path) to get to the village where more restaurants were, no problem to walk at night as long as you had a torch. The hotel can also take you there by boat. Restaurant was ok! Have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff super friendly and helpful! AC and a nice balcony to sit on.

Our room was not properly cleaned when we arrived, dusty wardrobes and the bathroom had previous guests hair ties on the floor. All lamps were not working.

Hotel can be reached only by boat or walking in the jungle; hence in the evening it is not easy to walk to the town.

Its very far from ABC town. You have to hike or take water taxi. The last water taxi is at 6pm. After that its 20 minutes of darkness hiking.

the view of the beach from panuba inn resort is really awesome! the beach is very beautiful and you just can swim and snorkeling near your resort. my room is also comfortable for 2 people with 2 kids, and the view from the balcony is very relaxing. will repeat again in sha Allah!

i think some of the room need to be undergo maintenance. we also have a very limited transport to go to the nearest village which is ABC that we need to pay the cost of the boat per head to go there. but luckily, we can go there by hiking and the rail is quite suitable for kids.

View was spectacular from the room. The small beach was great. nice little snorkeling from the beach of the hotel. Rooms are basic but large. A nice jungle hiking path to reach to the restaurants and bars (not easy at night or with young kids)

Food options was very limited. Would be great to have boat to reach the restaurants in the evening.

View: well is awesome actually. I think only for this reason some people still go there. But if it's me I won't go even it's free. Coz 20/30 rm does make a huge difference.

This place is nice if you like totally quite or isolated area. Well after a long long isolating lockdown who wants that? Their place is totally isolated coz they have only one boat and boatman. Our trip was 3 night, first day we requested to go for ABC jetty (where mainly people stay and enjoy a lot kind of activities, also seafood and delicious restaurant with sea fish items) . We didn't know that this wasn't in ABC. Well so they make many excuses and didn't let us go that day. But we requested for next day and this time they did (20rm per person up-down). They have nice quiet private beach area. Room: After we entry we get shocked cause it's ant infested . A lot of spider also. we understand as it was closed to jungle area but still when customer booked it they can at least sweep/ mop the room? Floor was so sticky that we wipe it and it's at least clean. So yeah they didn't wipe it before 😂, Washroom also dirty. Food: Their food is quite normal nothing special, like no sea food. Even if you go ABC jetty morning you have to back before 6 pm. So no option here that at least you can have your dinner from ABC jetty coz sea food can get on dinner. A lot of cats in the restaurant come reception area, which they don't take care coz I saw they infested by flies. Lot of fur on table and chair, so on plate too. Then you can't enjoy your food with nice view coz this cat doesn't get much food for them so continuously they will try to jump on you. So we used to took our food to room and then once they serve us food in a broken plate 😂. It's cheap that's true but service is cheaper than price, even one of the receptionist quite unhappy to help. Overall we just enjoy one day, it was in ABC. I will recommended to take a jeep tour and snorkelling in the ABC jetty, so many colourful fish.
