Francesco was incredibly kind, and the apartment was impeccable—equipped with everything you could possibly need. His attention to detail was remarkable. He constantly checked in to make sure we were comfortable and gave us fantastic recommendations that truly made our time in La Spezia unforgettable. Thank you, Francesco

The place was spacious. It has secure parking. The host Francesco was very helpful and offered advised of local attractions. The beds and sheets were very good and comfortable.
The bathroom was mouldy, could smell it. It was really hot when we arrived took some time to cool down, unable to leave air-conditioning on when we go out of premises as needed a hotel type card to run the AC. No washing machine on site or laundry mat nearby.
