We only stayed for a night but it was perfect! Awesome views from the living room and bedroom windows. Fans and air conditioning throughout. Water pressure in the shower was amazing! Thanks for a wonderful night!
Saw a cockroach, not the property’s fault. Also, the air fresheners were empty and could be refilled more regularly. But that’s just me nitpicking. We loved it!

Spacious and comfortable, good location, plenty of hot water and comfortable beds. Very good value and we were able to book last minute.
It wasn’t the cleanest- the small garbage bins hadn’t been emptied. It needs some attention: I thought the shower door and the toilet paper holder might fall off, the towel bar already had and the bathroom tap was loose.

Very central, very modern, spacious, nice furnished, we didn't miss anything and can highly recommend this Apartment. The car was safely parked in the garage.

Location is excellent. Owner did everything possible to let me check in early. Particularly as it was a last minute booking. Secure parking and security on the main gate.

Great location: one of three apartments at 77 Independence Ave that I have stayed at. Plenty of space, well furnished and with a large double bed in one room and two singles in the other. Very convenient parking and with disabled parking spaces close to the lift / elevator
The shower room is in need of a little maintenance, otherwise an excellent stay

The apartment had everything we needed and located close to everything.
Host made sure we were settled in comfortably.

Comfortable apartment in a good location in Windhoek. It was comfortable for us given the value for money. Bonus to have access to a washing machine. Check in and out was easy. We would stay there again.
Blackout curtains required in main bedroom as you get woken up when the sun comes up. The kitchen was not really adequately stocked.

It’s well taking care.
The apartment is a bit colder than I expected.

This is a nice secure modern building with clean fresh appearance and great facilities.
Great location for shops, supermarket and Wernhill Mall.
Easy to deal with the owner who is also a great source of local knowledge
Due to coronavirus some local shops are closed which is a pity but hopefully this will change in the future.
