Superb apartment, well equipped. Fanastic aircon and wifi. Quiet location and secure. Ana was lovely and gave us great information about the area.
balcony could benefit from an umbrella for shade and maybe screening off a bit for privacy. 118 steps down to the town, we walked down and took a taxi back!

Nice apartment although 10 mins from town there was no prior notification of the flights of stairs that you have to navigate to get there for anyone with a disability not good unless you have a car,

Safe, and secure in a nice residential area of Tavira. Ana, who showed us into the apartment was very welcoming and informative. She was easily accessible too by whatsapp.
Nothing detrimental to the apartment at all but we had chosen not to have a car which made the location a slight probkem for us. However, we would highly recommend this apartment 100%

not located where it was advertised to be. over 100 steps/stairs to the Town Center. view of a dumpster and a house being renovated across the street. no sunshine on balcony after 10am. not enough hot water for a full shower.

Ana is a very friendly hostess who likes to give a lot of information and does her utmost to deliver the house in perfect condition. She immediately gave good tips on where to go and in which part of Tavira it is better (cheaper) to eat. The appartment is comfortably furnished and has a large number of air conditioners that can heat the appartment nicely in the winter. The appartment is in a fairly quiet suburb of Tavira and has a nice balcony. The wifi works well. The kitchen is well equipped. There was a large fridge with freezer. It is about a 1 km walk to the center of Tavira (Praça da República). Tavira is a very nice place to stay in the Algarve and has endless beaches and it is also possible to make beautiful walks in the immediate vicinity in the hills.
There are no supermarkets in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.

The apartment was immaculately clean and fresh. There was plenty of space for us to move around. We especially loved the outdoor veranda. Everything in the apartment seemed new and modern. This was quite simply the best apartment we have rented in Tavira. Excellent value for money. I'd have no hesitation to book this apartment again.
A minor annoyance was the from door entry system. The door key was a bit awkward and I would suggest that it's needs to be changed. The location of the apartment might be challenging for someone who doesn't have a car, or has physical mobility issues. My wife and I are 64 & 71 respectively. We are both fit enough to use the footpath from the river up to the road leading to the apartment

Ana was really nice and the apartment had everything we needed. Spent a relaxing week here. Would come back anytime I visit Tavira.

Property manager gave a great orientation and was responsive when we encountered issues. it was spacious and had good kitchen amenities.
We had a car and you need one here. Further from the city center and historic sights. We were warned the hot water heater can be temperamental and it was. I got 2 cold bursts during a short shower and then no more hot. Just skipped a shower the last day due to it. Beds and pillows were not comfortable. The worst for us was finding a patch of mold or fungus on one of the door frames late the first night. We cleaned it to some degree but asked for cleaners to come back. It was attended to and we were assured it was not the dangerous black mold found in the US, but it just grossed us out.

Lovely spacious apartment with heating and pellet stove needed for an unusually cold January. Nice outdoor terrace and comfy sofas beds and dining area.

The apartment was an easy walk to the town centre. It's a little too far to walk to the fabulous main market (and to walk home carrying oysters, salmon and sushimi-grade tuna!), but an easy drive with lots of parking at the market. It is in a quiet residential street with free parking right near the door. The apartment is huge, designed not for short stay but for permanent residents. Loved the two bathrooms and the two-door separation between main bedroom and the rest of the apartment. As I snore (so she says) my wife had a blissful three nights sleeping soundly. And Anna the property manager was helpful and very responsive to queries, which made for a very happy stay.
Absolutely nothing to complain about. This place is a real gem.
