Questo fantastico 4 camere da letto 3 bagni piscina privata che si affaccia su un lungo lago scintillante, è ben arredato con mobili Ethan Allen per l'ospite più esigente. Un sacco di schermi luminosi naturali in ogni stanza. Si entra in questa casa attraverso la sua splendida porta doppia entrata con bellissime vetrate nel soggiorno formale che si affaccia sulla grande piscina chiusa e sul bellissimo lago. Accanto al soggiorno, la sala da pranzo formale è perfetta per una cena speciale o semplicemente un pasto in famiglia molto confortevole.
La camera familiare con soffitti a volta offre molto spazio per rilassarsi e intrattenersi. Accanto alla camera familiare è la cucina con zona dinette con una vetrata che si affaccia sulla piscina e sul lago. Questa cucina ha soffitti molto alti con tre grandi finestre sopra gli armadietti permettendo al sole della Florida di illuminare l'intero spazio. C'è un sacco di spazio di lavoro e tutti gli elettrodomestici che avresti mai bisogno.
La suite armatoriale si trova sul lato anteriore destro della casa e si estende di nuovo alla zona piscina con grande finestra e porta di accesso francese alla piscina. Il bagno principale ha lavandini per lui e per lei, una doccia e una grande vasca da bagno.
Le altre camere da letto si trovano fuori dalla camera familiare, la seconda suite principale ha un meraviglioso letto king size da Pottery Barn, grande finestra con vista sul lago, una porta scorrevole in vetro per l'area della piscina, e il proprio bagno privato con vasca / doccia .
Ci sono altre due camere da letto con un letto matrimoniale nel primo e due letti singoli nel secondo e un ulteriore bagno in comune con vasca / doccia.
Questa comunità di prima classe si trova vicino a negozi, ristoranti, scuole e spiagge del Golfo del Messico. I servizi della comunità includono una club house, due piscine riscaldate, campi da tennis, un parco giochi per bambini, campo da pallavolo, campo da basket e campo da calcio.

Overall, the house is a little older and could use some updating, but we felt the owners were in the process of doing so. The cleanliness of the property was fantastic. Very clean. Plenty of towels and anything you needed in the kitchen. We would recommend this house and would definitely stay again.

The property was exactly as shown in photos. Furniture was dated but still nice. It was clean except one large vent in the kitchen that had not been cleaned in a long time. We changed over 10 light bulbs that were out but replacements were left in the house. We did have a few plumbing problems and tried to get with property managers right away but it took at least 2 days for them to get back to us. I used the app they supplied and I called and pushed the emergency number line to leave messages. Once I was contacted the plumbing was fixed within a few hours. The day before we left the master toilet broke and we could not use it. I left messages but was never contacted back. When I called before check out they said they had received my messages and it was being fixed the day after we left. We love Naples and love the briarwood neighborhood. We have stayed there before and will stay there again. Just a little disappointed in the response time with the management company. Other than that it was a wonderful month in Naples.

We love Briarwood, it is close to Old Naples that we love, and the price are acceptable for our family. We have rented 5 houses in Briarwood since 2010 and 4 houses in Old Naples, Bershire, Cape Coral. This house is what we will consider average quality of the ten. On the positive side the house have a good layout, nice view, great pool-area and is very well equipped, also the needed "beachstuff". It was well presented and clean indoor, but it need some upgrades, especially the beds. (The nice Master bedroom are beautiful but have a tiny bed that is quite hard. So we gave the master to our teenage son.On the negatives though (I may be in to details) i had to fix two windows and one door that could not be locked at the arrival (this is quite normal in American houses), and i had to tidy and clean the garage floor to set up the ping-pong table i found in the garage (but i had to buy net and rackets on Wall Mart to enjoy it and left this to next renter ;-. I also had to clean the deck/floor in the pool area due to our feet became very dirty. We loved the stay and actually also the house, but to get me back next Christmas we recommend the following.-door/windows facing outside must be able to lock.-tidy and clean garage and deck every 3 months.-invest 4000-5000USD in fantastic matrasses.-get a king-size bed in to the nice Master bedroom.-soundproof the south side poolheater.-get rid og the old "moulded" and flattired Honda.
