Spectacular views! The house was very clean and organized. It had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Would definitely stay there again.

Communication with Nancy was great from start to finish. Property was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Close to shopping and activities. And that view!!!! Absolutely amazing!!! Will definitely be renting again!

Had a wonderful time enjoying this home. The view is breathtaking. Not a long drive to many snowboarding options, restaurants, and shopping. We would definitely stay again!

Our party has rented VRBO properties all over the world and by far the worst experience! Owner lives several states away and no local property manager! Any issues you have need to be solved on your own because the owner feels no responsibility to do so. Important facts:
1. There are no king beds, only twin beds that are pushed together.
2. You will have to put on your own linens when you arrive because “it decreases her housekeeping costs”!
3. The basement, where all the bedrooms and the bathroom with the bathtub is, is not heated (or probably cooled)! It was COLD. Our clue was all the tiny electric heaters in each bedroom. The owner, when contacted, said she didn’t know there was no heat down there! Hmmm…
4. You can’t run the heaters in 2 of the bedrooms or even 1 of the bedrooms and the bathroom because it tripped the electrical breakers! So,the rooms could not be heated!
5. After a very cold night, when the owner responded to this situation, she told us at noon that if we checked out by 4 pm she would give us a full refund! This was Christmas week, we had flown up from Florida with 2 couples for 11 days. Where were we to go? Not a viable solution for us!
6. One of our party was an electrician. He determined we could run an extension cord from an outlet on the far wall in the kitchen to the bathroom so we managed to get heat there.
Horrible experience all around and no apology or reduction in fees was ever offered!!!

We stayed in Clemons place with our 3 adult children and 4 month old grand baby! The house was super cute and super clean. The views from the deck are breath taking. The home had everything we needed for a great weekend. We will certainly stay again!

The house we rented was as described. The back deck view was amazing! Great central location to look for hiking trails, shopping and restaurant options. We will certainly look for this place if we come back up this way again!!

Driving up the driveway and coming upon this cozy home with just an amazing view took our breath away. We enjoyed ever moment as did our two dogs. It was hard to leave.

As others have said, the view is the show stopper.
However, there are a lot of positives about the house itself.
It is bright, airy, and larger than it looks from pictures and from the outside. The owners have done quite a bit of work on the inside: kitchen and baths are remodeled and attractive ( particularly like the walk-in shower with window on main level) ; windows and sliders are “newish” and the air conditioner on main level ( We only needed it one day) is more than sufficient. The deck is wonderful and I’m sure the owners will work next on exterior siding
Renters should note that the road up to the house is quite steep, the bunk room on lower level offers no natural light ( fine for sleeping and decent furniture) , and the distant noise from the sand and gravel pit in the valley can be somewhat distracting from the otherwise blissful atmosphere
I would definitely recommend the house and would love to stay again

A very nice, clean, comfortable VRBO. Perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. Great location for access to all hikes in the White Mountains.

We loved the location. The Eidelweiss neighborhood was very cool. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Lots of space for everyone and modern amenities. The only downfall was that the house was not very clean. It smelled like dog. We vacuumed at one point because the floors were cruddy and filled the vacuum tank. All the bedding smelled like dog. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean.

Such a nice house to spend a weekend away in. We were surprised at the size of the home- very spacious and great open floor plan. Clean and had everything you need. Awesome views as well, and a huge plus that the property allows dogs- we had a blast!

The property is great! The view is breathtaking and the house has everything you need. Very close to Conway conveniences while you still feel in a private setting. Everything was very clean. Pots and pans are a bit scattered and mismatched but the kitchen is stocked well. Beds are squeaky and it’s 2 twin mattresses pushed together, but they’re comfortable. Lots of good space for a family and dog. We’d definitely come back.

Good hiking trails accessible from the property location. Healthy restaurants nearby with easy day trips to NH towns and Maine. Great views. Clean.

Took a short 4 day 3 night vacation with family and stayed at this location. Great location very clean house. But the greatest feature of this home are the views of the mountains. Spectacular. We will definitely be back when staying in the area. House has all the things you need. Fully sock with all the features of being home. Hoast is very nice and answers all your questions. Would highly recommend.

This house is cozy, comfortable, and very clean. Unlike a previous guest, we found no trace of pet hair. The bedrooms are on the lower level and are a bit chilly, but there are small new electric heaters that solved the problem. The road up the mountain could be a challenge in snowy weather. We had beautiful sunshine in February!

Awesome location, technology a bit behind (slow, inconsistent internet). Bed linens, towels, pillows, kitchen items all tired and worn. Blankets covered in dog hair. Slightly disappointing, but view is priceless.

Pros - We loved the views and also how convenient the checkin was. The host was extremely nice people and approachable. We loved how clean the kitchen and bathroom was. It snowed the day of our arrival but the snow cleaning was well done. We were pleased and felt welcomed.
Cons - .
The furniture this house seemed to us as picked form a donation. The couch was squeeky so we're the beds. Rugs had a ton of pet hair all around. The beds were two single beds joined, both of different levels... Lol. The carpet in the basement is extremely dirty, we usually have a habit of walking in our home barefoot/socks (to maintain clean) but this was not a place we felt comfortable. Poor heating in the basement. Only one heating phase for the entire home. Outdated auxiliary electric heaters provided in the closets as alternate which we found to be very risky and fire Hazzard. Just too many startup instructions needing the guests to go to the utility room and turn on/off power, water mains and all. Even while the host tried to instruct step by step. I personally find that very risky and an area where I was very confused with. For example, upon checking the guest is to start the water mains. We found that the mains were already turned on. Any quite a few more things which I feel are not too guest friendly.

We arrived at dusk so did not really see the view. In the morning, we saw the sun lighting up the mountains. Incredible! Two of the bedrooms had sliders as did the living room on the main floor so the view was easily seen from every vantage point. The main floor has an open floor plan with a kitchen that was nicely set up for cooking. Shopping was very close as was skiing. I would recommend staying here!

Me and my husband were so lucky to be able to stay at Nancy's place. We arrived later than planned, but check in was a breeze with the lit pathway and easy to follow directions. The next day we enjoyed the beautiful views from the deck and crisp fresh air. We enjoyed using the telescope to view the mountains and night sky. We even saw a few shooting stars. The house has all the tools you need for cooking. If you would rather not cook, there are so many great restaurants nearby. There were extra blankets, pillows, heaters, and fans and really anything you could think of to make it feel like home away from home. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

We only did short outings during our 3 day stay because it was just so relaxing sitting on the deck taking in the view. We have always rented through VRBO but the owners are not always as accommodating as Nancy. Thank you Nancy. We ll be back.

We cannot say enough about this rental . We stayed here for 7 nights and enjoyed the amazing views every day. We had a couple of rainy days, but we were able to watch the ever changing clouds through the 4 sliding glass doors. The home was very inviting the second you walked in the door, and the house was super clean. We can’t wait to vacation here again!

Beautiful sunsets and view of the mountains! The house was comfortable and cozy. Just perfect for us and our dog. It was close to everything and we loved swimming in the lake. It was the relaxing vacation we were hoping for!

Spectacular Mountain View Home
The views are amazing! The large deck over looking the mountain was perfect. The house was clean and the beds and furniture were comfy. Location was convenient to all of the North Conway fun but far enough away for some much needed peace and quiet. Will definitely stay here again.
