Peaceful First Floor Condo With Wonderful Pool And Beach Across The Street
Condominio al primo piano ben arredato. La mia casa è una vera casa con biancheria ben attrezzata, cucina e lavanderia. Se è necessario essere connessi, offre Internet, telefono e TV. La mia casa è solo uno dei 20 condomini in una grande proprietà. La proprietà è lussureggiante e ha una grande piscina che di solito è solo tua. La spiaggia è dall'altra parte della strada. Vieni a goderti la mia casa e condividi la TUA vacanza non così condivisa con centinaia di altri ospiti dell'hotel.
Nuevo Vallarta ha piacevoli sentieri illuminati lungo il viale centrale. È facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dal Marival Residence Plaza, dove si possono trovare favolosi ristoranti e spa. Paradise Village è in fondo alla strada una passeggiata più lunga. Ci sono ristoranti in tutta Nuevo Vallarta da provare. I miei preferiti sono quelli del Marival Residence Plaza e alcuni locali preferiti ai margini di Nuevo Vallarta.
La spiaggia di Nuevo Vallarta è bellissima e lunga, ideale per le passeggiate. C'è un ingresso spiaggia dall'altra parte della strada dal condominio. I ristoranti sulla spiaggia avranno sedie a sdraio e palapa disponibili a pagamento.
Quando la sabbia non fa per te, ritorna e goditi la piscina condominiale dove puoi usare la doccia esterna per lavare via la sabbia e il sale.
Se hai intenzione di vedere la zona puoi noleggiare un'auto. Il parcheggio è previsto sul condominio. Spostarsi in auto è facile e basta.
Se preferisci essere guidato, c'è Uber, il servizio di taxi e autobus è disponibile sulla strada. È conveniente e i taxi sono disponibili in tutta la città.
Ricorda di portare un altro cellulare. Puoi ottenere una scheda SIM su OXXO in strada e avere pieno accesso al servizio di telefonia cellulare, Uber, ecc. Durante il tuo soggiorno.
I negozi di alimentari sono abbondanti. Hai SAM, Walmart, Mega, La Comer (il mio preferito) e altri a breve distanza da casa. Costco è disponibile anche se un giro in auto più lungo. Il Messico è benedetto con frutta e verdura fresche tutto l'anno.
Hai una cucina completa - 5 fuochi, forno tostapane, frullatore, frigorifero / congelatore con fabbricatore di ghiaccio e molte pentole e padelle. La sala da pranzo è inoltre fornita di numerosi piatti e bicchieri.

We stayed at the property last week of 2021. The place is located in a great location, very close to the beach. Very spacious, very nice grounds. The property was very clean and had everything we needed ( fully stacked kitchen, plenty of indoor or beach towels).
So me issues we encountered:
1. When we checked in, there was trash and recycling in the kitchen.
2. We have no hot water for the first day as there was something wrong with their water heater. Granted, the owner was very responsive and took care of it very quickly, we still were taking cold showers for 24 hours.
3. All the doors are squeaking so loud, that if someone walks out of the bedroom in the middle of the night, the hulk house can hear it. Also the door into the master bathroom, does not close or locks. It looks like a door has dried out and expand it so much that it does not fit into the frame anymore.
4. One of the toilet got clogged by normal use. Had to run around the property and borrow someone else’s plunger to unplug.
While how did have some issues, the owner made every possible attempt to get everything fixed in the very short time. I would still recommend people to stay in this property as this is a gorgeous location, has very nice grounds, and very spacious.

This condo is in the heart of Nuevo Vallarta. It’s a short 30 minute taxi ride from the PV airport. The condo is nicely furnished with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It has all of the conveniences of home, but some of the linens and kitchen utensils need to be replaced. It also has a small patio right out of the back door. Unfortunately major construction, on the outside of the building, started unexpectedly 2 days after we took possession of the condo. It was very noisy with the chipping and grinding, and Linda kindly treated us to a day spa for our inconvenience which was very nice. This property also has an amazing heated swimming pool that we could escape to, as well as the nearby beach. After 2 weeks it became evident that the construction was far from complete and Linda helped us find a place to move to for the last 12 days of our 4 week stay.

Linda was very easy to work with throughout the booking process and our stay. Answered emails promptly and was very accommodating with our check out time. Bottled water was in unit on arrival and Antonio on site was very helpful, bringing more water, calling taxis and giving directions. Restaurants within walking distance or Uber. Pool area lovely. Easy walk to public access beach. Large, spacious unit, 3 king beds, lots of towels. Well stocked kitchen.

I spent 10 weeks at this condo with a couple of friends. There was more than enough space for us to co-exist yet still have privacy. The grounds of Bugambilia are gorgeous, extremely well maintained by Antonio and his assistant. There are many iguanas and birds to watch. The pool was lovely and large enough for swimming laps. The condo was well equipped and anything we were missing was quickly addressed by the property manager. Beds were very comfortable, living room couches were less so. Lots of towels on hand, washer and dryer worked well. Bus stops are right out front and beach access directly across the street. My only complaint is the traffic noise, a curse of having such a convenient location. Overall, I highly recommend this condo.
