Excellent location about a half block to snowflake lift. Well laid out for a family and extra friends. Would stay here again!

Another wonderful Breckinridge trip. Our family had a wonderful time at this well kept unit. The unit is located close to town and with walking distance of the snowflake lift. Being at the far end of the small unit of condos gives it a quiet and remote feeling and the hot top off the side of the unit is well secluded with a view of the woods around. The unit is always well kept and in tip top shape, we noticed they recently updated the kitchen appliances. Our interaction with the staff at the management company has always been great, they ar super friendly and helpful. Look forward to renting again next year!

This was a great property to stay at. We enjoyed being so close to the Snowflake Chairlift. The property manager was responsive when we called and had questions. Pack n Plays were also provided for us when we asked. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay but there were no TVs in the bedrooms and only a small TV in the living room. The heat was not working on the lower level where we stored our ski boots and other apparel. The humidifiers were old and didn’t work very well and be aware, The master bedroom is on the third floor. That doesn’t sound to bad until your second day of skiing when your legs are very sore. All in all it is a clean, nice place with a good location. It’s about a 100 yard walk to the lift and the same from the end of the closest ski run.
