Friendly welcome from staff and a nice garden,

We had booked a double room and were allocated dormitory beds on arrival. The "private" bathroom was across a hallway in a very public area. It was very small with no towels, soap, nor toilet paper. The shared kitchen facilities were dirty. The dormitory was stuffy with no working fans and very little space. The sheets were worn and the pillows very thin. The dog was over-friendly. We left after one night.

The location is about 10min walk from the city center, good price for the location, there is a swimming pool which is great when there is hot weather, the cute owner's dog!

Unfortunately, we felt that we are not so welcomed as the owner told us that she had to leave in the second we arrived, we did not get any information, it seemed that she forgot to block the calendar and we could book the room even if she thought that everything is blocked, we were the only guests which wasn't bad but we were just feeling like we are disturbing,maybe it was just a bad weekend. On top of this we suppose to have breakfast and one of us was waiting for breakfast at 9 am but there was nothing ready as the owner woke up at 10am with no explanation and she just prepared breakfast for herself.

The kitchen facilities were great for preparing meals, the common area was very cozy and colorful, the wifi was very good and we had no issues with it. The bus stop for the hot springs were only two blocks away, and there was a handy grocery store and plaza very close by! The hosts were friendly, although we speak limited Spanish.

The garbage in the bathroom could have been changed more often. We do love animals but the dog there was very energetic and barked a lot. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay!

The place was superclean! The owners were super helpfull and pleasant to talk to. Also they have like the nicest puppy ever... we really enjoyed our stay!
