Close to all the sites. Luigi was very helpful - meeting us upon arrival and offering us great suggestions for eating and sites. Quiet despite being in the midst of a busy area.

The location was great and the size of the room was wonderful. The host Luigi was helpful in finding restaurants and other things as well. I loved that we could get to a lot of major attractions easily.

There was a alarm that went off outside our room all night. Nothing the host could have done about that, but that's the downside of being in such a central location. Also, the water pressure was a bit low.

Amazing location, Luigi was really helpful and welcoming.

It was all great! It did rain on one day, but it was November and it didn't dampen our spirits as Naples is so vibrant!

Son emplacement, l’équipement, la propreté et l’accueil de Luigi. Je recommande fortement cette adresse, on se retrouve dans un quartier très animé, mais le logement est au calme et nous n’avons pas subi le bruit de la rue.

Everything. The location was great, it was really close to the Sansevero Chapel and also Spaca Napoli. The room was clean and very quite. Even if they did not offer breakfast, Luigi, the staff, kindly gave me a list of restaurent or pizzeria.

Luigi, the host was so very kind & had the best energy. The day before arrival he messaged us with recommendations for food, drinks, shopping etc etc. he met us at the hotel & made everything comfortable & fun. The room itself was spotless & clean. It was extremely well serviced. The location was top notch for local bars and good food. I look forward to staying here again soon!

There was nothing bad about this property. Cannot fault the service or the facilities at all.

Great Location and Amazing host. LUIGI who rents the apartment was more than friendly & warm person and 100% reliable. My wife forgot her watch and ring in the apartment and he immediately informed us that she forgot them and He did his best to bring them to us no matter where we are. Best host manager ever!

Being unfamiliar with Naples and the area of this apartment, we didn't realize that a vehicle could not drive directly to it. We had a lot of large luggage and Luigi met us where we were dropped off at the nearby street and proceeded to take our luggage as he escorted us to the apartment and settled us in. He went above and beyond helping us and providing such a warm welcome! He also helped us with our luggage and a driver to the airport when our stay was over. The location of the apartment was absolutely beautiful, clean, and charming and contributed to Naples being one of the best cities we have ever visited!

Nothing. If I was really picky, it would have been lovely to have a washing machine. Still excellent though!

No breakfast included, but not expected for the price. Very busy area, facilities were good.

Really great location and Luigi is so so helpful he sent us a list of Pizzerias and Restaurants before we arrived and was there to great us and bring us into the building 5* for him!!

The hotel is in the front of the building but our room was at the back, if you are staying for a longer period of time (>1 night like us) I would recommend ensuring you are in one of the rooms advertised otherwise it’s a bit cramped. Further to this the bed sheets fit a double but with two people it’s too small.

The location was fantastic - right in the middle of the old town with Sorbilo’s famous pizza on your doorstep. It’s a quirky place to stay in a very old building. Our room looked out into a courtyard so not much views but we loved the authenticity of it. The room itself was basic but all we needed for a few days in Naples - the city keeps you so busy you are not in the room long! It was clean and we loved how unusual the rooms were. The owner Luigi kept in touch by text and was flexible in meeting us after we were delayed 8 hours which was appreciated. It would not be an easy place to find without him so thank you Luigi! He was helpful and gave lots of fantastic recommendations on eating and sightseeing

This property is located in the ancient historical district of Napoli. It is close to the lively activity of the city. Pompeii is about an hour drive depending on traffic. Amalfi, Sorento, Capri, Positano can be reached by ferry. The apartment is in a late 18th century building, and has been careful redecorated.

These are not complaints, just observations. You have to understand that Napoli is an ancient city. It is interesting. If you are looking for beauty and perfection you'll be disappointed. If you seek culture, history, and reality....then don't miss it. The apartment was a very nice place to stay.

Great host, easy communication, very good and central location!

Very central, Luigi was very friendly and helpful, coffee and water and some orange juice available for us for free which was really nice on a hot day in Napoli.

The location is great as you are right in the Centro Storico. Because the apartment looks our onto an inner courtyard it is nice & quiet. Luigi is very friendly & a great host.

A minor gripe but a tea towel would have been nice.
