Good location, better than the airport Hotel because there is more going on. The airport closes early. There's a great bar next to the hotel and a 24 hrs 7/11. Staff are great, room is clean shower is hot. Taxis outside all night if you don't want to get the train.

You have to get a train or taxi from the airport and back. Not a massive problem, but some would prefer not to have that hassle. Not me.

Excellent location close to the station, only 2 stops from New Chitose airport. Good breakfast. We arrived late and left soon after breakfast, so didn't see much of the area. There was a river with walking path nearby, which went past a salmon farm.

Lovely place next to Chitose train station. Has a public bath which was lovely in winter. Close to 7-11 which was convenient. Room was clean and neat, loved it.

コーヒーがいつでも飲めました。 シャンプー、コンディショナーが良かった。 ローションと乳液も良かった。 大入浴場前のロビーの居心地が良かったです。

ホテル標準の歯磨きセットですが、私としては、グレードの高い歯磨きペーストを使いたい。 あれ、とても安っぽいですよね。使いませんが。

ロケーションが良く便利。枕が選べるのもとてもありがたいと思いました。

朝食も4つのタイプから選べてスムーズに頂きました。 中途半端なバイキングよりもシンプルで良かったです。 お風呂の温度も主人は熱いのが好きなタイプで非常に喜んでおりました。

お部屋が少し狭かったのが残念です。 ベッドの脚元を2人ですれ違うのに気を使う様でもう少し 余裕があればよかったと思います。

清潔で 大浴場があるのでのんびり出来ました やよい軒が併設されてるので 晩御飯を迷った時は利用してます

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal Ruhiges, Sauberes Zimmer in unmittelbarer Nähe des JR-Bahnhofs Chitose. Ideal zum Flughafen Sapporo/Chitose ca. 10min entfernt mit der Bahn (zwei Haltestellen) Frühstück bzw. Abendessen entsprach gutem (japanischen) Standard sehr lecker.

Es gab keinen Safe im Hotelzimmer.

Must be a brand new/freshly renovated hotel, very cozy interior, comfortable bed. Room size was also good for a Japanese hotel.

It is minutes away from train station, and so close to airport. So, for a night to just re-coop and start our Hokkaido vacation I thought it will be basic. BUT it was wonderful. best place to rest, and they have a public bath that is open for great hours. it is clean and so comfortable.

breakfast was not the best, but was ok.

I personally think that there are absolutely nothing lackful compared to any 4 or 5 stars hotels with choice of pillows, helpful staff, a nice lounge where we can have a hot drink and discussion with our tour mates. You can also have a good meal at Yayoi family restaurant which is just next to the lobby.

駅近、駐車場の完備、フロントの人数、ロビーの快適さ、大浴場完備、清潔さ、とても良かった。部屋の設備も良く、快適に仕事が出来ます。

部屋のユニットバスが、とても汚い。蛇口付近にカビがある。特にユニットカーテンの匂いがたまらなく臭い。ホテル支配人、従業員も、宿泊して確認した方が良い。もったいなく感じました。

I booked a twin room and meant for 3 persons but booking shows 1 guest, so have to top up both rooms with ¥3,000each. I got it right at JR Inn Asahikawa but Chitose got it wrong. End up I paid higher than my friend who booked months later with same twin room because of the top up costs incurred. Not sure why no alert of the single person booked in a twin room from both Booking.com and JR Inn Chitose. And Chitose practice charged to my credit card before check-in ....and it is not pay when check-in. No coffee bags, sugar and milk in hotel room.

Location was great for getting an early flight. Room was clean but small.

No coffee in room. We paid extra for the breakfast. We each got to choose 1 of 4 options. Fixed portions, no options. I'd rate it as vastly inferior to the included buffet style breakfasts we had at the Dormy Inn and Toyoko Inn chains.

Hotel allows you to choose the type of pillow you would like - there is a rack on display at the hotel lobby and you can just take what you prefer! Good choices too - e.g. down pillow, sponge pillow etc. JR Inn Chitose is very centrally located just next to the Chitose JR Station. There are two 7-Elevens just outside the hotel - very convenient for buying breakfast items which you can then microwave back at the hotel on Level 2. There is also an indoor hot bath on Level 2 of the hotel. There is free parking on site if you have a car. The room is very clean, about the size of other Japanese hotel rooms. Toilet is Japanese-size but very clean and well appointed.

Breakfast option at the hotel is very limited. There is a Yayoi restaurant next door to the hotel and connected by an internal door. From early morning, the Yayoi only serves hotel guests and it has a basic breakfast set menu for 900 yen. Price is ok but the set doesn't taste so good. Can try once but after that you may probably prefer 7-Eleven!
