Adoro il mio vicinato. Sono in fondo alla strada dai musei e dai percorsi per jogging / mountain bike in uno dei più grandi parchi cittadini della nazione (Forest Park), ci sono innumerevoli incredibili ristoranti nelle vicinanze. C'è anche un sacco di vita notturna, così come un nuovissimo Whole Foods e la bella Straub's Grocery a pochi isolati di distanza. Tutto questo ed è ancora bello e tranquillo di notte.
C'è un sacco di parcheggio gratuito di strada proprio di fronte a casa mia. Se si prevede di utilizzare i mezzi pubblici, le fermate dell'autobus Taylor @ Olive NB / SB sono a circa un isolato di distanza.
St. Louis ora ha anche due società di bike sharing. Scarica le app Ofo e / o LimeBike per trovare la bicicletta più vicina disponibile.

Commcation just takes to long to get ahold of anyone with this location I was supposed to check in 5pm I didn’t get in til 6 cause they never gave me the door code when I text the home owner ask for the door code he still gave me the wrong code they never accommodate me on the lack communication on they end the home owner made me feel kinda uncomfortable when u book. he or she might email u asking why u coming to Stlouis and then state all these rules they have for the house I get it that u have rules but you can put that in the description of the house I will NEVER rent from any house that has this management company I can’t express how poor of the communication they have with this home

The size of this house worked great for our group of 7 girlfriends. The downstairs is super spacious, and the kitchen island was the perfect place for us to hang out. Overall, the house was tidy and comfortable. However, the kitchen could have used one more inspection by the cleaners. There was a plate of Doritos in a kitchen cabinet, which was odd. And several items (pan, bowl, glass) were visibly dirty. A couple other small areas for improvement: the remote to the fireplace was missing, and the 3rd floor bedroom was pretty cold. Also on the back door (used when entering from the garage) the door code did not work so we had to walk around the building to get in. All 3 of these things wouldn’t be much of an issue most of the year but in the middle of winter could’ve made the stay better. Having said all that, we would still recommend this rental for a St. Louis getaway.

The property was a beautiful, spacious unit. The furnishings were all quality and the location was nice. Although it was walking distance from the Central West End, it's a little on the outskirts. The property management was very responsive. I had issues with the lock on the door and they immediately responded and fixed it. The place was very clean. However, they didn't provide some simple fixtures. I had to go out and buy trash bags and paper towels. Communication and responsiveness was fantastic and I will likely stay there again during my next visit to STL!

The property was in a great location and had lots of space for our girls trip. However, the cleaning wasn't up to the greatest standards. The property had clearly not been vacuumed or mopped in awhile, to the extent that when we walked around inside, our feet were very dirty afterwards. It was apparent that the property had been spot cleaned, but not deep cleaned in awhile. Had the place been cleaned better, it would have received an overall better review from us. The communication with the property manager was great. When we asked him things from time to time. Too bad it didn't feel clean.

This home is nothing short of amazing. Is absolutely beautiful, very spacious and very clean the neighborhood is quite and close to everything we needed. I highly recommend this property!

This apartment has a lovely rooftop view of downtown and 4 outdoor patio chairs to enjoy the skyline. This is a great location where we were always able to find parking right next to our place yet also just minutes away from the CWE and activities in forest park. They were also great hosts by providing those little comforts that one doesn't pack (e.g. coffee maker, tupperware to store leftovers ) and things often forgotten (e.g. shampoo). We greatly appreciate the hospitality!!

This apartment has a lovely rooftop view of downtown and 4 outdoor patio chairs to enjoy the skyline. The property was not clean. The door handles were filthy, a sign at the door requested shoes to be removed, but the carpet was filthy. Hair in the shower, dirty walls, stained couch, and more. The pictures online are deceiving. Due to the pandemic staying in the property would have put my family at risk, therefore, I was forced to stay in a hotel for our safety. I requested at the least a refund for one day and the cleaning fee. My request was denied, this was the worst experience!

Like being a guest in a family members home.
We rented this beautiful home for week as it was near the Hospital. I can’t over emphasize how beautiful and big. Also, don’t go buying cooking stuff ( oils, seasoning spices etc.). The kitchen is ready ! It was the perfect place for our family to use as a retreat for breaks from hospital visits and to rest peacefully when needed. When I’m back in town for Cardinals games, this will be my first choice... hands down .

Home away from home!
This property is stunning and spotless clean. All of the bathrooms are spacious and modern. The kitchen is spectacular. Close to grocery stores and quaint shops. We will definitely return.

Extra nice place
The house is even more spacious than it appears in the photos. New, clean and comfortable. Nice, safe neighborhood. My only suggestion is the living room needs a couple more chairs. Two couches = not enough seating when everyone is together visiting or watching football games. Terrific place though, I will definitely keep it in mind next time our family stays in St Louis.

GREAT Home away from Home
I loved the open floor plan, the spacious four bedrooms and location. The pictures are good but the actual property is better - extras were provided in every room! Communication and cleanliness exceeded my expectations. I look forward to my next visit!!!

Great location!
This place is the perfect location no matter what your plans are whether it be the shopping, dining, downtown events, etc. Plenty of room and felt safe. Listing states the master has king bed but all were queens and one twin. This was not an issue for my stay but just not what was expected.

Nice, comfortable accommodations
This home has a great kitchen and nice big dining room table that can accommodate a big group. Only concern is that description stated there was a sofa bed and a futon in the home and neither were present. Beds are comfortable and home is well-equipped. Easy access with a door code. Would like a little more seating for the group in the "living room" area. Owners were very responsive in answering questions and providing assistance.

Nice location in CWE with good on street parking. 3 story townhouse with open first floor kitchen/great room. Beds are comfortable. Easy walk to local restaurants.

Spring Break in St. Louis
The house was exactly as described, spacious, and clean. The couple times we did have questions, Kristen responded immediately. We enjoyed the location of the house just a quick drive to downtown or wherever our plans for the day took us and never had an issue with parking on the street in front of the house. We appreciated that it was walking distance to the grocery store and a nice area to head out on a morning jog. Would definitely look at staying there again next time we're in St. Louis!

Wonderful location, clean, beautiful home.
An outstanding location for visiting many of St Louis’ attractions. The home was even more spacious and accommodating than the photos show and it was so clean we could just relax and enjoy our stay. The neighborhood was safe and parking abundant. We’ll definitely be coming back.
