Very nice clean affordable room. We were having family issues which required us to book a room. It appeared we would have to stay another night, so we booked another night in the morning. Circumstances changed during the day and another night was not required. The staff allowed us to cancel the add'l night without charge. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
Bed was a little too soft. Too much noise from room above but it ended by 10:00pm.

Excellent cleaning service. Big rooms. Day clerk very helpful, knowledgeable and communicative.
Rooms hd full kitchen and full bath facilities.
morning clerk was unavailable, unhelpful. Spent her time with family outside smoking. Breakfast was empty by 9 a.m. and was never refilled. Night clerk took tons of food home with him while leaving the breakfast bar with only boiled eggs and hot chocolate.

I loved that there was no carpet. The room was very clean. The refrigerator didn't freeze all our food. The proprietor was VERY helpful when I asked questions about things to do in the area. We enjoyed the breakfast. There were breakfast sandwiches to microwave, breads, yogurt, etc. We liked the location for visiting Ponderosa State Park and local hot springs.
If you want a hot buffet style breakfast, that was not available. We were happy with the choices, but if you are looking for scrambled eggs and sausage, that was not offered.

Location was great, requested the room on the ground floor - it was fulfilled, the staff was very pleasant.
The bed was not comfortable, could not get decent night sleep.
