Not your average Ocean Walk townhome! 3 bed/2.5 bath

Ocean Walk è una pittoresca comunità di condomini a pochi passi e in bicicletta dal molo del villaggio, negozi e ristoranti, così come la spiaggia. Il grande campus offre un parco con querce secolari che ombreggiano i vari edifici. Palme e fogliame colorato fanno da sfondo alle due grandi piscine, una delle quali riscaldata. Altri servizi della comunità includono uno stagno per le anatre con fontana, un centro fitness, un campo da tennis e un parco giochi per bambini.

Ocean Walk B-6 è una casa a schiera su 2 livelli che offre tre comode camere da letto con due bagni completi al piano superiore e un mezzo bagno sul livello di vita principale. L'ampio soggiorno con grande TV a schermo piatto, camino elettrico è il centro di raccolta della residenza cittadina. C'è un patio fuori dal soggiorno. La cucina è stata completamente rinnovata insieme a nuovi pavimenti in tutto. Vieni a stare con noi e innamorati di St. Simons e Ocean Walk. 0. 9 miglia al villaggio, spiaggia e molo.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time to stay here. We love the general layout, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. The location suits us well for bike riding and walking. Our only disappointment was in the cleanliness upon arrival. We found crumbs in the master bed and had to switch sheets. There were also a few dirty dishes and pans in the kitchen. The condo is great, the cleanliness not so much.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was great and the place to walk around the lake was awesome. Close enough to walk to the shopping and dining area in town. Townhome was clean. Only negative was TV was difficult (for us) to work at times. Real Escapes was responsive and very friendly and customer service oriented. If you are older you may have a difficult time with steps to upstairs bedrooms.
