Fun Beach Vacation Spot in the Ideal Location
L'accesso alla spiaggia è dall'altra parte della strada e Main St è un isolato a sud. Questa 3 camera da letto / 2. 5 bagni condominio è nella posizione perfetta! Un minuto a piedi da ristoranti, negozi e parco. Il soggiorno ha una TV a schermo piatto con divano letto Queen, connessione internet wireless gratuita e veranda protetta. Cucina completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, tostapane, macchina per il caffè e smaltimento. Lavatrice e asciugatrice si trova sulla veranda nella stanza separata. Camera da letto principale offre un letto king size con TV via cavo a schermo piatto, bagno completo e balcone privato. La pianta a due piani offre un letto matrimoniale con TV via cavo a schermo piatto che collega la mezza vasca. La terza camera offre due letti singoli, una TV via cavo e un bagno completo nel corridoio. L'open space nel soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina crea un luogo ideale per il tempo della famiglia. Club offre campi da tennis illuminati, piscina per bambini, grande piscina, vasca idromassaggio sotto le cabanas, ampia zona prendisole e una doccia esterna per il vostro divertimento. We have been staying in this condo twice a year, Apr and Sept for nine days each for the past 3 years. It is a nice, fully equipped unit with great internet service. I often work when there so that is important. When we arrived this time, the toaster was missing. The owner had it replaced about 2 hours later. He is very responsive to any issues. We are already booked for next Sept and Apr 27.

This is a great location for my wife and I to stay during our twice a year 9 day visit for shag dancing. The condo is far away from Ocean drive so you don't get a lot of Street noise at night. We have stayed there 6 or 7 times and have reservations for two more vacations. Seldom need to contact the host but when we do he's always very responsive.

Condo was good, convenient to the beach and shops. The screen porch is great for keeping all the chairs. It was clean, a little tight with 6 adults, but location makes up for it. . Bath towels could use a refresher but do the job.

The property overall.. is fine. It has enough space for us to sleep and hangout after the beach. The location is good and close to the beach and restaurants. The host had good communication and worked to solve all of our issues. We had an issue with missing parking passes which they worked fast to fix. Check in was easy. The dishwasher isn’t mounted into place and doesn’t work well. things needed washed multiple times or by hand. they had a good amount of supplies but didn’t provide more then 3 trash bags for a week stay for 6 people.. Wifi was good. The issue we had was the quality of the unit. things are falling apart inside and just overall feels muggy inside. the screened in porch area was nice! Overall if they put some work into the unit it would be great!
