Great location along a modern road, which made arrival and departure easy. I liked having the breakfast options just put in the refrigerator for us to use (although they were very low-quality items).

4 main complaints really ruined the stay. First, I chose this place because the property description on Booking.com said it had parking on site. That is hard to find in this old town and it is important to me because I am traveling with a dog and we have a fair amount of things to carry for him. Upon booking, I was told the parking spot was NOT available for me and I would have to find parking elsewhere. The host gave me lots of tips but I had to do a lot of extra research to figure things out and the host also tried to argue with me and say the ad was accurate (which it was not). Second, the apartment has one very dumb and disruptive design flaw in it. The entry foyer has a very bright light that is activated by a motion sensor. There is no way to control it otherwise. The problem is that you have to go through this foyer to get to the bathroom and the bedroom has a glass panel in the door. So, if you go to the loo in the middle of the night for any reason, the entire apartment is flooded with a very bright light that stays on for approximately 6 minutes after you last pass through the foyer. This is a terrible experience that really hurts your sleep. (See the attached photo at 3 AM.) Third, when I asked the host on my first night if there were options to change this lighting arrangement, I did not hear any answer at all until after my second night right before I was leaving. And then the answer was simply "no". Finally, the bedding has the smallest single duvet possible. As a 6ft / 183cm man, I could not get comfortably covered with the duvet. I slept very poorly during my stay here.

Micul dejun a fost foarte bogat si diversificat. Am primit paine proaspata si a doua zi.

Snídaně dostačující a chutné, všeho dostatek. Jogurty v bio kvalitě se cení.

Chaotické předem rezervované parkování. Při návratu autem z oběda (manžel je invalidní) byla všechna místa obsazena, nebylo možné v blízkosti zaparkovat a to ani u zimního stadionu. Možná by nebylo od věci řádně parkoviště označit jako soukromé, nebo pouze s povolením...

- Very clean and comfortable set up (beds and seats at the table comfy). Good linen and comfortable beds. - Great location just a short walk from the centre - Hot water and bathtub shower which families with kids may find useful - Thoughtful in providing shampoo and shower creme. - Breakfast was a good selection with pans, utensils, clean plates cultlery and utensils. - Relatively easy check in and check out process.

- Main let down was the host / hosting skills. There is no reception desk so can only contact the host via messaging which they were very slow to read or reply to with no acknowledgment of rmessages sent. Felt like a burden or a pain as had to ring the host for some questions, host did not speak English well so again felt like a burden and did not feel welcome or accommodated to. - The flat was cold in the evening, this was a shame as the flat was very clean and would have been cosy if heating was better. There is not temperate control in the flat so no fan / AC / and no heaters other than the bathroom rail which also must have been controlled remotely and was not hot or warm in the evening/at night. - I was told it would be ok to extend my stay for another night twice when spoke to the host, however when I had some questions or concerns about the flat being cold I was told It seemed I was not happy and that I check out after the night. They then replied to my earlier messages and then asked me in the messages if I wanted to stay, but by then I had already booked alternative accommodation for my 2nd night in Cesky Krumlov: the other places host was much better with communication and much more accommodating and very importantly the other place was warm. - The front door to the complex was unlocked and open as the system was broken, so not great from a security point of view though Cesky Krumlov did feel like a safe place as a lone traveller. Decent value but can get much better value in Cesky Krumlov with nicer hosts.

Nagyon jó helyen, központban, a vár lábánál van az apartman. A reggelit előre bekészítették a szobában lévő hűtőszekrénybe. Bőséges, nagyon finom, változatos reggeli volt.

Vittük magunkkal a kiskutyánkat. A booking megírta, hogy ez külön költséggel nem jár. Az apartman viszont kérte, hogy távozáskor hagyjuk a szobában az általuk megírt összeget.

Nagyon közel a központhoz. Kényelmes, tiszta, kellemes apartman. Szállásadó kommunikációja nagyon korrekt. Csak ajánlani tudom!

Como reservamos tarde, el parking estaba ya reservado, asi que tuvimos que aparcar en la calle de delante, que si tienes suerte y encuentras un hueco es gratuito. El apartamento no tiene ascensor y es en una primera planta.

Čisté, útulné a dobrá lokalita. Balkon s výhledem na hrad.

Zápach odpadu ze sprchy. Snídaně na dva dny připravena najednou hned první den. Tím pádem pečivo nebylo čerstvé.
