Very roomy apartment with internet and all kitchen amenities that you need.
One parking spot available and close to shopping centers and China Town.
Tram stops and train station just across the street.
Outdated / broken furniture and bathroom fixtures.
Poor matrasses and dusty bedrooms.
No guide or information booklet to the internet connection, AC or facilities of the complex.

The location and the proximity to transport services. The apartment was nice.
The unorganized process of receiving keys and no immediate access upon arrival (at nominated check-in time of 4pm)
Being unable to access the room until after 6pm on day of arrival due to a previous late check-out and the apartment needing to be cleaned.
The promise of a $50 credit that never eventuated.

The location of this property's great, right across a tram stop and opposite from Southern Cross Station where there's a supermarket to get groceries too. There's also a Thai massage that just opened late March, which is really convenient after a long day. The team also maintained great communication from even before we arrived. There were a few light bulbs that needed replacement upon check-in, and they immediately fixed it while we were out. The whole apartment was homey and well-maintained. Having a guest bathroom on the first floor was certainly helpful as it saved us trips going up and down the stairs!
The only downside is that the master's bathroom only had one sink so we couldn't get ready simultaneously.

The carpet was very stained and appeared unkempt
We were told it was 21 years old and it had been shampooed approximately 4 weeks prior to our arrival. The carpet being stained and dirty really made the whole apartment look old and dirty

amazing open space. everything worked and was able to feel like home. location was fabulous. facilities were great.
crockery and glassware were in short supply. wasn’t enough to use for a family of 6.
had to go to Kmart to buy glasses and cutlery so all could eat at once.
however understood that there has been some previous issues with guests and may have been an issue.

This penthouse was so much above our expectations, the location,the size, the cleanliness, the facilities, the staff, the quality of the toiletries and supply of never ending linens , incredible comfort and the ambiance and decor 20/10, so happy we booked this place and will definitely come back again.

Great location, large apartment , fantastic balcony, it is a beautiful apartment
Steve at the front desk was lovely and very helpful, there was a dirty blood stained tissue plus other debris under the lounge, accidentally left our chrome cast behind, no one has ever returned my calls or messages 😡 for a penthouse Apartment you would you would think there would be more than one TV 📺

Location and space of the apartment. Beds comfortable.
Carpet filthy everyone suffered with sinus from the build up of dust and grime, not enough glasses and coffee cups. No face washers.
