Quietness, cleanness, very close to all amities

silent location, close to town center , property belongs to CARP, a Mutual Help House for retired seniors in Romania, so parents can come there on low budget if they subscribe to their Association

was informed only in the last day (when i asked) that the location had a kitchen where i could cook small meals

Friendly staff. Good location (.... in a village with 3 streets.....).

The place was not clean. A proper vacuuming was not applied. There was hardly anything to hang or pack stuff in the bathroom. The single wall bar for towels fell off (it wasn't screwed on properly). The place was cold, very cold. Of course central heating wasn't turned on, because the weather outside was not cold enough. But still. it was too cold during the night.

Staff was friendly on arrival

Telling customers that turning on the heating in this age and in Europe is just not acceptable. On the first night temperatures outside were acceptable, but the next one, it was 10 degrees outside so we had to get creative on heating the room up a bit since in the mornings it was kinda chilly in the rooms. You can hear everything through the walls. The door handle from the entrance to the room is of the poorest plastic possible.
