I would like to thank Andrew for the the perfect stay, you made our relocation from Southend-on-sea to Truro easy, every thing was perfect, location, amenities and the way Andrew replied to our questions.

The facilities were great. In general, photos don't reflect what the propertry is exactly, but 12 Kel Avon was better than the photos. We also liked the scones, cream, jam and wine and the fact that the house had the basics, like salt, coffee, sugar, etc. Everything was so organised and we did feel welcome. The games room was a real success!
We would have liked a slightly later check-out (i.e. 10 am). It would have meant a less stressful morning, especially when travelling with kids.
