Beautiful quiet location, not far from Alberobello town. Good base for travelling around the area. Great pool and views. Lovely breakfast, helpful and friendly owner. Comfy beds, nice sized room. Rustic and charming property, would stay there again.

We booked two rooms for our family, and the air conditioning was ineffective in one, but worked fine in the other. To be fair to the owner we coped with the temperature and didn’t report it during our stay.

The perfect place if you want to slow down, disconnect, and just enjoy peace and quiet. Clean and big rooms, swimming pool, and orchards and fields surrounding the property make this the perfect place to relax. 10 min drive away from the charming Alberobello and 30 min from Polignano a Mare. Also, the owner is a really knowledgeable and kind person, very passionate about his job.

Location is on a hill about 10 mins by car from Alberobello, breakfast was fine, host is friendly and a bit of a character.

The place is very rustic, take it as you find it. The photos on booking.com aren't very representative. There is no garden, only slightly less scruffy scrubland, so the Garden View rooms are a misnomer. Our room was quite basic but comfortable although the aircon was struggling to keep up. The swimming pool is at the bottom of the pool and salt water. It's fine, but the host lets non guests pay to use it - so it's much busier than you would expect for a place with only a few rooms, can be up to 50 people there on a weekend so more like a public swimming baths than a hotel. Our friend didn't sleep very well due to lights on outside their room all night - they complained to the host but he didn't do anything about it. Puglia is a lovely place to visit, but there are better places to stay.
