chambre en rez de chaussée face à un muret . En fait les chambre en Booking sont au rez de chaussée devant lequel tout le monde passe.

Is a really nice hotel 5’ walking from the beach , was really peaceful with a nice pool . the staff was helpful and nice expecially Silvia which is a really nice lady and hard worker she’s the only one taking care of all the hotel . The rooms were really tidy , everyday Silvia was changing the bedsheets and towels . The barista Triadafilos was nice with us and really respectful he’s a great guy everybody should meet him and the manager showed us our room and helped us to arrange a cheap taxi to go to the airport . We meet The owner at the end and he thanks us for the stay , was really polite . The only think we didn’t like was the super early check-out since our flight was in the afternoon at 5pm and we had to get ready in the garden doing the shower at the pool shower . Thanks for everything
The bar could’ve been more furnished and a lil bit of renovation would be the greatest think , and more drinks and food . The jacuzzi was a bit dirty but they clean it the last day of our stay .

The room was clean and we enjoyed the pool with umbrellas, which was very nice during the hot days.
The price was very high for what we got. Maybe it's just standard because it is Santorini, but I was in Greece before in nicer places that were much cheaper and with more services.

-Great location, shop at end of road, 5 min walk to beach and many restaurants
-Good room size
-Limited amount of rooms, so pool area not over crowded
-Room has everything you need, tv, kettle, coffee machine, fridge, hairdryer, basic toiletries provided
-More of an apartment complex than hotel.
-Be prepared shower water is salty, nothing can be done about that, just nice to be aware.
-Toiletries provided are bars of soap and small shower/shampoo gel. Does get replaced but if travelling hand luggage only again be prepared. It is a help it is provided.

This place is very close to the beach.
We've booked the Anex building and we've been given 1st room out of the 4 or 5 in a row and when we checked in we noticed there was some water leak from the fridge, I almost slipped luckily hold on to the bathroom door. We've been moved to the last room and it was ok. Later on we noticed that wifi wasn't working, we tried to contact the landlord by no where to be seen. We didn't have the internet in the room entire stay,

The location is ideal, and the staff is really nice. The pool area is great and the room is spacious. Really close to the best beach of Santorini, and shops nearby.
Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed: the toilets weren’t clean when we checked in. We were also surprised no-one came to clean our room after our second night, even if we left early in the morning. Shower temperature is hard to manage (either super hot or super cold). Finally the room isolation is poor (noisy neighbours).

Everything was perfect! Location is great (a couple of minutes till the beach), great swimming pool, comfortable beds (and pillows!), daily cleaning and changing towels, just everything! Thank you :)

This hotel is a mini paradise! The pool area is perfect, the hotel it is so close to the beach and transport to other parts of the island is cheap and easy. We also managed to upgrade our room on arrival with the help of the very accommodating staff. Would 100% recommend.

the pool area and bar area were wonderful. the Ac was really nice and the staff was very friendly. the food and drink prices were great.
there was a cat in our room for who knows how long. the bed wasn’t very comfortable. the shower was tiny, kept bumping into the sink and toilet. the toilet seat wouldn’t stay up because of how it was designed. there was a cockroach in our towels. there wasn’t a comfortable place to sit in the room or on the patio.

spotless clean pool/ clean rooms/ helpful owner/ helpful lady by the pool/ overall an amazing stay/ they will send you a transfer if you need it! ohh the patio area to sit and have breakfast in the mornings👌

Quiet setting but only @8 mins walk to the strip of the beaches and bars along with tavernas
If the hotel had a nice bar area which sold refreshments like beer, cocktails ,or even breakfast / snacks we would have stayed around the beautiful pool area

If you are looking for an peaceful and relaxing place to stay , I highly recommend this to you. No noises from the street or from other guests. Nice location (less than 10 minutes walking) you are on the Beach.
The owner doesn’t speak very very well English , but this is not a problem, he’s very friendly and helpful.
I just would like to say thank you once again.

Looked brand new, the room was tidy and spacious. Cleaned daily. Pool was nice.
For Perivólos, I recommend a car or an atw to get around. The apartment is 1-2 corners off of the beach, and few roads have sidewalks in the area.

Excellent property, the owner doesn’t speak very good English but we made it through.....all adds to the overall experience! Travelling through the covid pandemic I went prepared with everything we needed but these had already been thought of and placed in the room. Nothing was too much trouble for him......fantastic!

Because of UK government quarantine restrictions, we could only stay one night. Hotel owners refunded us 4 of our 6 nights. Very good location 5 min from beach & restaurants in Perissa; excellent pool
