The host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was one of the most amazing experiences. She even helped with the Hardergrat hike challenges that we had.

the property manager lived on sight and made herself available for text questions at all hours. she also took the time to come into the unit and explain how everything worked since we were coming from another country, this was very helpful
the livingroom furniture could have been more comfortable, but we really weren't in that room very often,

The location was excellent. We liked the fact that it was not in the centre of Interlaken, so we were away from the hustle and bustle, but on the days when we wanted to go to the centre, it was a mere 10 minutes walk. There was a good supermarket, superb restaurant, bakery etc, within walking distance.
Nothing! We spent 6 days there and really enjoyed our time.

The location of the apartment is actually pretty good, i.e. well centralized and easy access to public transport. However, expect some noise in your bedroom from the fairly busy road in the early mornings. The apartment is very spacious, very clean, with a very nice terrace. The resto Hirschen at the corner serves very good steaks, i.e. if you like your steak with fruit! Stay away from the fondue or rosti: not yummi at all ...

Very clean and easily accessible! The owners were very nice and friendly. If I needed any help or travel advice, i just texted them on whatsapp. Smooth check in and check out. Elevator and basic bathroom/kitchen amenities available. Definitely staying here again!
