Easy walk to downtown Gatlinburg. Loved the balcony.

This condo is located conveniently on the park end of Gatlinburg which makes it perfect for hiking groups. There was plenty of room for 10 of us. The condo needs a good makeover and updates but we would still stay here again. All the vent covers need a good cleaning as do the baseboards. The upstairs bathroom needs a light above the mirror to be able to see good. We enjoyed sitting outside on the roomy balcony overlooking the river. There was a leak under the sink in the guest bathroom but was taken care of quickly with a phone call to the front desk.

Had a great stay here. The condo was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. The balcony view was wonderful. The location offered easy access to the Smoky Mountains National Park, the Gatlinburg Bypass, and perfect for hitting the Gatlinburg strip every evening. From now on, these condos will be our first choice any time we are staying in Gatlinburg.

The condo is in a great location. The local scenery is beautiful. We will be staying here again for future large family vacations. It was roomy, clean and the beds were very comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay.
There were a few minor issues, like the downstairs toilet being very loose, the upstairs closet smelling heavily of cat urine and one of the burners of the stove not working consistently.
Other than that, I just wish there was more seating since it's a high occupancy unit. We had to take turns eating at the dining table since it couldn't hold all of us. We also weren't able to all sit in the living room together due to the lack of seating.

We really like the location, it is walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg and still have the convenience of cooking your own meals. We take our employees with us and with a 4 Bedroom Condo, everyone has their own personal space.

Found this place looking for accommodations on a last-minute trip. October is a very popular time in the area, and the places we usually stay were all booked.Found this place with great rates. Condo was clean and spacious. Park view was wonderful! Had a couple of minor issues but nothing that won't keep us from staying here again! Great access to the national park (just one traffic light between the property and the park entrance) and about a block off the Parkway so it's easy to walk to most restaurants, shops and attractions.It's very close to Calhoun's, Cherokee Grill, Smoky Mountain Brewery and Old Dad's General Store (great place for sandwiches and supplies for a picnic in the park).

Accommodations contribute a lot to a vacation. Park Place is somewhere to go after a long day to just kick back and relax before going back out. the room was clean and spacious, making it a really good place for families. I would definitely recommend for any family vacation.

Nice condo
The overall stay was great, easy check in and check out. The condo was clean had alot of space. Only issue we had was the loft bedroom and bathroom lights were very dim. Would stay there again.

The location was perfect for us, close to both Gatlinburg (walked to restaurants and shops) and the National Park (we did the hike to the Visitors Center). The kids loved the pool and hot tub, and check in was simple.

The condo was beautiful and very clean. Two adults and four kids fit nicely. The only thing that I wished there were more of were pots and pans and a bigger casserole dish. We cooked in most of our meals and it was difficult cooking for six with limited cookware. Overall this was an amazing place to stay. The staff was extremely friendly and it made the experience that much better. Would recommend to family and friends to stay here.

It was a great stay with a great location. The Hot Tub needs to be open year around. The unit was short silverware which meant we had to wash after each meal. We booked it for eight but the web site said it sleeps 12, so I would have expected 12 pieces of each kind of silverware.
