Caratteristico cottage su St. Isola di Simons a 400 m dall'accesso alla spiaggia pubblica, facilmente raggiungibile camminando attraverso un cortile di un cottage (dato che possediamo anche questa proprietà). Grande portico ombreggiato da un'enorme quercia secolare nel cortile. Cottage ha Wi-Fi, lavatrice e asciugatrice, tv via cavo. 2 camere da letto, 1 bagno, master ha un letto matrimoniale, la seconda camera da letto ha un letto full size e la zona giorno ha un futon che lascia fuori alla regina.

Our family of four had a wonderful week long stay. Perfect location, walking distance to the beach and downtown shops/ fishing pier. The house has all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this property. We had everything we need to enjoy our vacation. The location is right around the corner from the beach entrance and is super easy to get back to for lunch or a midday nap. Since this is a one story unit you don’t have to worry about lugging all of your things up tons of stairs, which I love. Definitely within walking distance to restaurants and night life. The beach area was not crowded and the unit was very clean.

Great little house with easy access to the beach. We stayed as a family of 3 with a little kid. The house was clean and had everything we needed. You really can't beat the location.

Well-maintained, pleasing decor, all systems in good working order - - wi-fi, Cable TV, kitchen, HVAC - - no problems with any of them. We stayed 10 nights and would recommend it highly. Location is excellent - - 15 min walk to the Village, 1 min walk to a beautiful beach. House has character, tucked in as it is among big anonymous interchangeable 4 storey Condo Buildings. Ruthis Davis is to be commended on maintaining a superior property. Thanks, David Logan and wife, Ms Dale Hodges
