Hello Mr. Philip, We will be leaving the condo very early tomorrow morning. We wanted to say a big THANK YOU for everything. We really appreciated the addition of the bed. Beautiful condo and excellent location. Everything we needed was there. Our host, Philip, was the best! He helped us in every way, and was always available. This was one of our best Florida vacations, thank you Philip!

Plenty of room in the condo. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable furniture and bed. Lots of nearby parking. The only negative was that the pool was closed.

This property was very clean, spacious, and in a great location. Philip went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. When the pool on the property was closed, he gave us access to another nearby. The property was a little different than the pictures but was still nice.

The owner was very kind to fix for us a nice front garden with some furniture to enjoy our morning coffee and late drinks! The property is close to many stores and banks! We thank the owner for accommodating our vacation! The house had all the facilities to cook including all brand new appliances! We never had any problems with showering washing with plenty of white linen to change almost daily! We thank the owner for being a good and responsive host! We recommend the place to other people because of its space and vicinity to many amenities!
