CHARMING APARTMENT 71 m2 WITH GARDEN CORNER AND VERANDA 700 METERS FROM THE LAKE
Appartamento di 71 m2 completamente attrezzato al primo piano di una casa. Soggiorno di 37 m2 che si apre su una veranda di 15 m2 con divano letto molto comodo (140 letti con rete a doghe e materasso indipendente dal sedile) una camera da letto con 160 letti, bagno con ampia doccia, WC separato, cucina completamente attrezzata dotato di piano cottura a induzione, forno elettrico più forno a microonde, macchina per il caffè, frigorifero XL con congelatore, lavatrice ... è disponibile un piccolo giardino con tavolo, 2 sedie, ombrellone e 2 sedie a sdraio
La spiaggia di Sevrier (gratuita e sorvegliata) è accessibile a piedi (circa 700 metri) - vicino alla pista ciclabile che collega Annecy ad Albertville.
Situato alla fine di un vicolo cieco, l'appartamento è molto silenzioso. Parcheggio facile e gratuito.
Tutti i negozi si trovano nelle vicinanze (LIDL a 1 km, mercato Carrefour), nonché farmacia, panetteria, macelleria, negozi di frutta e verdura, medico, infermiere, dentista, fisioterapista ...

We spent an enjoyable 4 nights here in this spacious apartment. It's located in a chalet style property with stunning views of the mountains. You can't quite see the lake over the tops of houses but it's only a 5 minute walk away. Access is up a short flight of about 10 steps. The apartment was clean on arrival and , with the exception of a dishwasher, had everything we could need. The host was very welcoming and helpful and commications about arrival were excellent. There's a busy road nearby along the side of Lake Annecy but you can't hear any of the traffic from the apartment. There's an excellent boulangerie- patisserie about 800m away and an even better one just beyond the Lidl supermarket in the other direction.

Our holiday in Annecey was wonderful and we highly recommend! The people were very friendly. We received a warm welcome on arrival from Marie Christine who lived nearby and was easy to contact. Our appartment was traditional, spacious and light, well equipped, with a beautiful view of the mountains. It was very peaceful and quiet but only a short walk to the centre and beach. There is a regular bus service very nearby and a ferry port too, so an ideal location. LIDL is within walking distance but a little too far to walk when it's very hot. There is a small convenience store much closer plus a very good butcher. The Poisson Rouge is a lovely lakeside restaurant 14 mins walk away and a restaurant/bar on the beach. Annecey was a short bus ride away. We downloaded the SIBRA app and bought a 7 day pass for 16 euros which was excellent value. We enjoyed our car-free holiday - the perfect break after a very stressful few weeks.

Marie Christine and Bertrand were wonderful hosts. Marie Christine organised restaurant bookings for us and couldn't do enough to make our stay more memorable. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The area has transport, easy bus ride into Annecy, shops and the lake shore within walking distance. If you have a car there are plenty of places to explore a short distance away.
