Fantastic place, we’re so happy we booked this! Excellent location, especially if you arrive from Marco Polo Airport. The water bus makes it super easy — just two stops, and the apartment is just around the corner. Great communication and very clear instructions before arrival, and the apartment had absolutely everything you could possibly need. You could basically survive here with just your toothbrush and toothpaste! We especially appreciated all the thoughtful little touches and the range of useful essentials provided. We didn’t need everything during our stay, but it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making sure guests would have what they might need, even in unexpected situations. We really loved this place — definitely the best stay we’ve had in Venice. We would absolutely book it again if we decide to return, or look for another property from the same company, as I’m sure they maintain the same high standard. We will warmly recommend this place to everyone we know who is considering a trip to Venice. The only thing, and this is purely a personal preference, is that the beds were a little too firm for me. But that certainly wouldn’t stop me from booking this place again. I would happily stay here again!

Host was great, very communicative. Unit was on the ground floor so easy to get in and out with luggage. Aircon was strong, bed was comfy.

Air got very stuffy when we weren't there. Location is a bit out of the way if you're visiting for the main tourist attractions.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment was beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked, the refrigerator was spacious, the bathroom had all the essentials, and the bedroom was incredibly comfortable and inviting. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Every detail was carefully considered to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The host was extremely friendly, welcoming, responsive, and always available whenever we had a question. This apartment truly exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and well-equipped place with an exceptional host!

Casa carina, con un bel bagno. Il check-in è stato semplice e la camera da letto era comoda e fresca: non abbiamo nemmeno avuto bisogno di accendere l’aria condizionata. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo

L’aspetto che abbiamo apprezzato meno è stata la rumorosità, che ha reso un po’ difficile riposare, soprattutto durante la notte. Inoltre, ci sono molti oggetti di arredamento decorativi ma pochi utensili davvero utili per chi soggiorna, come un imbuto, una padella in più o qualche sacchetto della spazzatura. Per quanto riguarda i rifiuti, comprendiamo le regole di Venezia, ma qualche indicazione in più da parte dell’host su come gestirli sarebbe stata molto utile.
