This beautiful house in Ballard was perfect for three women on a girls trip. The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly imagine and we were greeted with a bottle of champagne and glasses chilling in the freezer. We had a car and were very close to the shops and restaurants in Ballard and could easily get around town and do everything we had planned for the trip. Mark was extremely responsive. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We needed a place to stay while visiting family close by and this home worked perfectly for us. Mark, the host, was responsive and answered questions before we even asked! The location was convenient and the home was clean and comfortable.

The host was exceptional; very friendly, helpful and quick to repsond to questions. The place had great decor, was well-stocked with what we needed, and had comfortable beds. We liked that the neighborhood was quiet, and was located near shops and restaurants. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay, and we highly recomment it!

Ballard is a centrally located walkable neighborhood close to everything from coffee shops, restaurants to groceries. Mark's home is amazing both inside and out. He is one of the best hosts I've come across.

Everything about our experience at this property was top notch. Communication with the owner was prompt and pleasant. The property is clean and appropriately furnished, and the kitchen has every needed appliance and utensil. The properaty is on a quiet residential street but within easy walking distance to the restaurants, coffee shops, and stores of downtown Ballard. We would definitely stay here again.

My first VRBO. There was a celebration for my wife's 70th birthday. We stayed here with visiting family members. Mark's VRBO was everything you would want. Clean, comfortable beds, excellent kitchen more than sufficiently stocked with pots, pans ,etc, warm, hot showers, , excellent location on a quiet street within walking distance to Ballard, more than ample supply of towels, cleaning supplies, etc. Almost more importantly, Marc was an excellent communicator. Returned texts quickly. I have nothing but high praise for this VRBO

Everything about our stay was perfect. Mark gave very clear check in instructions and checking in was so easy. There was a lovely welcome note with chocolates and sparkling wine. The house was spotless. The beds and linens were so comfortable, and house had every convenience including a washer and dryer with detergent. Having 3 bedrooms and bathrooms was great. Check out was a breeze and didn’t require any work on our part. Location is fantastic and Ballard is a wonderful walkable area. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

My two sisters and I totally enjoyed our stay at Mark's place. He left a welcome note, a bottle of champagne and, to my delight, a bowl of Lindt chocolates. The house is light and airy and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped, and has a Keurig with a generous supply of pods. My bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood is charming and quiet. We did not rent a vehicle and were happy to find a bus line several blocks away. Mark communicates well and promptly. I highly recommend this VRBO. Thank you Mark!

This property is a great place to base your visit to Seattle. The home and hosts were awesome. A very comfortable, modern home and it is well situated in the Ballard, a very cool neighbourhood in Seattle. This home is located on a very quiet street, a short walk from all of the great shops, restaurants, clubs and brew pubs. It is a short trip from here to all that Seattle has to offer. I would highly recommend this place for your next visit to Seattle.

Upon arrival we were greeted with sparkling wine and chocolates! This beautiful home and the location worked out perfectly for us. Great coffee and restaurants were nearby. We loved the decor and the comfy beds. We felt welcomed and at home and wished we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning.

This is a really great property! Aside from being hip and modern, the location was perfect, beds were comfy and the kitchen and bathrooms had all the basic necessities... and more! The owner was so welcoming, communicated instructions and was easily available if needed. I highly recommend this property and hope to visit again!

The house is pristine and with an ultra clean Scandinavian style. Well appointed, comfortable and quiet for being close to old Ballard. Mark is a great host, very meticulous , and it could not have been better.
