The welcome tray was very much enjoyed - green tea and cake. Also the breakfast delivered to our room was lovely!
Wasn't quite sure to do at the carpark but figured it out.

The staffs are very friendly. Lead us to the free parking and helped us in many ways with patience. Love the welcome snacks. Only a few minutes walk from the center.
