Location, friendly staff. When i needed to extend a stay - they did help to keep it in the same room.
Breakfast selection could be improved - on a couple of the days, there was almost nothing from the meat charcuterie.
Even though my room had a terrace/balcony, I almost did not use it and even blacked out that side of the room completely, as the windows faced the windows of the neighbouring apartment complex.

It is a very nice hotel in a great location, walking distance to the train station. The breakfast room was very nice on the top floor with great views.
Some of the carpet was showing it's age but since the hotel just changed owners it is understandable.

Friendly staff, big room and hotel is within walking distance of the train station.
Photos of balcony and what we received was not aligned. Only received 1 full bottle of water and 1 was half empty. Breakfast wasn't ok.
