Dominique was so lovely and helpful. Breakfast was a little bland. Our room needed some work the toilet seat was terrible. very little in the way of toiletries i think we had one shampoo. Also i ordered the king size bed and we were given a double. overall ok

The hotel was a small affair but with absolutely everything we required, my only slight criticism (very slight) is the size of the room but admittedly we chose a standard room. The host and staff were amazing and the continental breakfast was great! All fresh, lots of choice and staff were kind and attentive.

Room was in need of a refresh. Plenty of snagging work to be done on damaged door frames, skirting boards, walls. Door handle and shower rail hanging off. Shower drainage poor, end a shower in a pool of dirty water. Possibly due to plug full of hair and never cleaned. Daily cleaning wasn't evident. Insuffient sized bin for used items e.g. wine bottle. Staff never collected empties, so ended up with plenty left at the end of the week. Glases and mugs never cleaned. Fridge still had some half open items in it, presumably from previous guests. Breakfast limited and bread not fresh daily, started to be a bit too dry by day three. Breakfast space tight, hardly room to manœuvre between tables. Location isn't great for getting around between Bari and Lecce via public transport. This last point more down to my own research failings. Brindisi itself is more of an industrial/military port than tourist location. Would recommend staying in Bari, Lecce or one of the more coastal/beach location like Monopoli or Polignano a Mare. Definitely easier to get to places like Alberobello from Bari.
