Treelined Urban Resort is an absolute dream! It’s the perfect, peaceful oasis to come back to after a long day of exploring Siem Reap. The design and lush, green vibes are stunning, but what really made our trip unforgettable was the incredible hospitality. A huge shoutout to Ms. Lyhiund and Ms. Many! They completely blew us away with their exceptional service. Ms. Lyhiund was so warm and professional, making sure every detail of our stay was seamless. And Ms. Many brought the best energy, always anticipating our needs with a smile and adding the sweetest personal touches to our days. They truly represent the best of Cambodian warmth. If you're heading to Siem Reap, definitely stay here—you'll be treated like royalty!

Location the pool food was well priced, I know it’s low season however return in the afternoon to freshen up great idea.

This is the best hotel we might have ever stayed at. We had 6 nights at the treeline. Everything was flawless. The infinity pool is so nice and the room is very spoiling. Breakfast is from a menu and everything is fresh and good. The staff will go above and beyond to make you feel comfy. Service is 10/10. They clean the room everyday, twice a day! The location is very good. In the center but not too much, just outside the noisy area and within walking distance to literally anything. Highly recommend!

Staff was nice.

We had just come from another 5-star property to Treeline, which is also supposed to be a 5-star hotel. There were a lot of things that weren’t in line with that. We put on our robes after a shower and they had stains on them- they had not been washed! There was limescale all over the bathroom floor, the toilet paper was single ply, the glasses at the bar were plastic. If we wanted filtered water, we had to walk all the way down the first floor every single time and there is one single water receptacle. Why aren’t there filtered water machines in the room? Finally, we had the included breakfast twice and immediately had to run to the bathroom after. The food had flies swirling all around it and really tasted like poor quality. We were generally grossed out and were itching to leave.
