The rooms were extremely well cleaned and very cosy. The beds were very comfortable.

When we opened the window at night, there was a lot of noise from cars passing by on the road. There were no cooking essentials such as salt, pepper and oil. Nor was there any soap in the bathroom.

Lots of room, good beds, Everything needed was available. Extremely friendly and helpful host who went above and beyond to help and provide anything necessary, whether it was advice or extras like a BBQ or sun beds. Well placed for trips to Salzburg and local mountains. Good local cycling routes. Really close Penny (cheapish supermarket).

The location : it is on a main road that seems to be a main artery ftom Germany to Austria. The property is located next door to a bus and lorry repair centre that is very noisy. There is absolutely no privacy in your bit of the garden (it is overlooked by various other properties). No views of the mountains (well, a bit over the top of other houses). Breakfast room was in the description, but this is permanently closed. Random sauna opening times. You can hear your neighbours quite easily.
