The parking is not near by, it is 1 km away - the photos are misleading! Otherwise the appartment is very poorly maintained - the aircon did not work properly, the taps were not attached, the drawers were broken, the odour from the bathroom was terrible and the walls are paperlike, so don’t expect any privacy between the bedroom and the livingroom. The appartment is in the 4th floor, to which are leading very steep stairwells. Not a luxury apartment at all… oh, and there was no wifi…

Actual 2 bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed. Ensuite bathroom. Location.

There is a horrible smell coming from the both bathrooms which must be to do with dirty/blocked pipes. We felt like we were staying in a gutter. The flat has modern decoration but the building itself is scruffy, moldy and smelly. The flat is on the top floor with about 60 steps to climb, which is fair enough considering the architecture of Rovinj , but bear in mind when travelling with kids and elderly. Overal there are cheaper apartments in Rovinj and we regret that we overpaid for this one.

Fourth floor without elevator!!! High and spiral stairs. It's really hard to get on and off especially with luggage. The parking is next to the agency that operates the apartment. Pay 10 euros per day and travel with an electric vehicle to the place

Great apartment in the middle of the city. We booked it over booking, however the apartment is under another travel agency (Avior) so we went there first to take the keys and check in. We parked the cars on their parking (10€/day) and then took a shuttle to the city/apartment. The guy who checked us in and drove us to the apartment, Luka, was super nice. He also recommended us a lot of places to eat/see/do. Awesome. All in all it's a great apartment and I would stay there again for sure. The views from the apartment are incredible and there is 0 noise in the building and from the outside. It's a very relaxing place.

The apartment is on the top (3rd floor) of a very old house, so there is a very steep,narrow and old staircase. We are all young and in good shape so it was not a problem, but it could be a problem to older people/families with babies/small kids. Especially if you carry a lot of stuff. There was a broken electric socket in the bathroom, which is a safe hazard for sure. The shower head holder was broken, and the shower itself has a bit of a weird drainage system which leaves the water standing in the shower all the time. Also, the red/blue tag on the water pipe in the bathroom sink is correct, HOWEVER it's OPPOSITE in the shower (red is cold, blue is hot) so we burned ourselves a few times. The kitchen was well equipped, however the induction board didn't properly work. It would start overheating, and then it would just give an error and turn off by itself. Cooking was a bit of a pain and took much longer because of that. The kitchen water pipe in the sink is broken/very "flexible", and there is also a problem with opposite colors for warm/cold water. It's a bit confusing. The electric sockets were charging phones very slowly, and the wifi was kinda non- existant. So we didn't use wifi at all. It does need to be fixed, and I don't think the age of the building is a good excuse for some things which are purely aesthetic. I understand that there were a lot of tourists in the city so the electricity was maybe lacking, but the wifi/electric sockets/shower head holder/water pipe can't be fixed very quickly. In any case, I hope they will fix these minor issues soon :)
