الاطلالة جميلة جدا على الشارع والموقع ممتاز جدا في وسط البلد والسعر ممتاز وتعاون موظفة الاستقبال ممتاز جدا

يحتاج لتجديد والحمام يوجد به ريحة وغير مريح ويوجد غبره بالغرفة والمرتبة غير مريحة والشوارع حول الفندق ضيقة .مع العلم باني نزلت في نفس الفندق بالباحة وكان انظف وارتب

قرب الفندق من الاسواق الشعبية والخدمات وجود العديد من المطاعم اسفل الفندق والتموينات والمغاسل ايضا وجوده في وسط المدينة يسهل التنقل بين المناطق فريق الاستقبال سهل عملية الدخول الاخت طيف والاخت بشاير حتى رجل الامن كان لطيف في الترحيب اثناء الدخول والخروج من الفندق

الاثاث يحتاج الى تجديد احدى الغرف لا يتوفر فيها ماء ساخن في دورة المياه في ذا البرد

Primitive bathroom, too small, every thing get wett.

Check in was smooth & as requested they provided extra bed for an additional cost which is acceptable. Housekeeping staff are very professional & go out of their way to assist the guest. Rooms are very spacious, clean bathrooms and balcony is a plus point. I would like to than Mr. Abdur Raheeem in charge for the restaurant for providing very nice & freshly prepared breakfast even though there was no power in the hotel at that time. Also there are good restaurants close to the hotel

This is the first time i have experienced power failure in the hotel for 3 hours in the morning (6am to 9 am) and the worst thing is that there is no backup generator in the hotel. And the staff at reception has no courtesy to respond to the guest how this issue will be fixed. There is very limited parking in the basement, you have to rely on the neighborhood parking spaces.
