The overall impression is that it is very clean and has everything you would need for your stay. The owners are polite, helpful and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. We have stayed here for many days three years in a row.

This apartment was in a quiet little neighborhood. It was clean and comfortable. Only stayed one night but did not seem to be a walkable distance to any restaurants or attractions worth noting.

We rode in the Lancaster Covered Bridge Ride. I couldn't respond to the host's note on the VRBO page. It wouldn't go through..

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house. It was perfect for myself & my young adult children. Place has everything you might need & is very homey. Our hosts were quick to answer & very accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

Hard to overstate how nice this place is. It is relaxing, clean, perfectly decorated, comfortable, quiet. We loved it so much! The only thing I would suggest for an improvement would be better cookware- if you plan on doing a lot of your own cooking you may want to bring a good pan or two. But we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was a wonderful place to stay. We were in town for a basketball tournament at Spooky Nook. This was so convenient and had everything we needed and more! We will definitely book again in the future!

The place was very clean and well decorated. Unfortunately we had to leave because the air conditioning was broken and it was just too hot for us. The owners were very nice about it. They tried to fix it quickly but it required someone to come fix it. They agreed to refund our fee and we went to a hotel. It truly is a really nice place to stay

My friends and I wanted a nice quite place to stay after a day of shopping and leaving the crowds behind. We found it in this place. It was clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. If you are looking for a place to stay that feels more like home, then this is the place for you.
I will definitely be back on my next visit.

This property was the cutest! It was perfect for my family of 5 +1 (My husband, teenage son (plus his girlfriend) , 2 toddlers and myself). Andrea was an amazing host & was quick to answer the questions we had during our stay. The beds were comfortable and so cozy too!

The apartment is cozy and very lovely. Very clean and decorated so nice. The kitchen is very nice with a few snacks and coffee to welcome guest's. The rooms are big and it was so nice to relax.. We will be staying again when in Lancaster. No more motels for us.

The apartment was great! Three separate bedrooms for three snorers. Decorated beautifully. A lovely deck where we enjoyed three of our meals. Well stocked with needed items for preparing meals. Direct TV is fine for those who are used to it: a bit challenging for us who use cable. I wouldn't mind staying there again as long as we are all able to do the steps to get to the apartment.

Our stay in Brownstown was wonderful. Everything we wanted to visit was a short drive and easy to find. The rental was soooo nice...clean and supplied with everything we could possibly need. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking to be in the center of Lancaster County!

This location was an excellent spot for the plans that we had. The home was very well supplied with anything that you might need. Would defiantly consider staying here again.

Great place to relax while visiting Lancaster!
We stopped in Lancaster county to take in a show at Sight and Sound while travelling back to CT from a visit with our son in Ohio. Brownstown was the perfect place to relax after driving and visiting the beauty of the Amish country. We will most likely stay in Brownstown again!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very easy to communicate with the owner when questions came up. The place was clean, homey, and very welcoming. And the location was great for exploring in several directions.

My daughter who is usually a little apprehensive about everything, claimed her room, closed her door and we barely saw her.
The place is unbelievably spacious and we were thankful for the washer and dryer as we were in town for a lacrosse tournament and needed to freshen up uniforms.
My kids also got a kick out of hearing the horse and buggies go by!

A group of soul friends travelled to the Lancaster area for a concert. We had a wonderful dinner in the city, a great time at the concert and a cute, comfy, safe place to stay.
Steep stairs to access the unit wouldn't be good for everyone, but they were fine for our group. Three of the four would have liked less firm beds, but that is a personal preference.
Unit was well stocked with kitchen supplies and towels. Instructions were clear. We appreciated the motivational sayings throughout the unit. Would return if in the area again.
