It was a perfect location, exactly what we needed.
Finding it was initially difficult because the address listed on the app didn’t take you to the correct place.

Hostess (Chiara)was amazing, extremely helpful and also assisted to help with organizing a porter when we departed. Apartment was excellent , as per the photos. Very clean, equipped with everything and even supplied detergent etc. Would go back and great location.

The apartment was perfect for us. We were going to the opera and it is located only 50 metres from La Fenice. That also makes it in a prime location for all the main sights of Venice. It is also only 6 or 7 minutes from the nearest vaporetto stop.
Despite being right in the centre, it is very quiet at night. It also felt very safe and secure.
It is spacious, very comfortable and exceptionally well equipped. The host provides much more than is described in the listing. For example, there is an iron (with full size ironing board) and umbrellas. Unusually for a rental, the pillows were excellent and very supportive for anyone with neck problems.
It is spotlessly clean.
The check-in arrangements worked very well. We were met at the property, but remote access can be arranged if necessary
Given the standard of the accommodation and the location it is very good value for money.
