Location was great to the beach but far from Charleston. The privacy and the view were very nice.

The toilet seat had pubic hairs and some smeared feces in the master bath. There was a dead cockroach under the bed and I also killed a live one. The silverware holder tray needs to be cleaned. The condo needs some new paint to freshen it up and a deep clean.

Kitchen area and all dishes were spotless. And it was extremely well equipped with anything I could possibly need for a meal including a pizza cutter and scissors.

It could have used a deep cleaning mid-season maybe. The master bedroom bedspread had what looked like black dog hair all over it. Sheets were perfect.
