Amazing staff.. all super friendly, accommodating, helpful. Comfortable room and beds, fabulous shower, lovely dining views over the bay. What food we had was good. Safe, underground parking. A wonderful stay, all told.
The False Bay Inn doesn't actually exist any more! After driving around searching, we finally asked at a restaurant and were told it is now Ocean Breeze Hotel! This overlap should be stated on the booking site or, at the very least, on the confirmation e-mail! Minor issues like elevator buttons not working, wind howling through everywhere. Clearly they are renovating and in the process of upgrading.

Convenience. Comfortable. Reception staff polite.
No proper signage outside or directing to back of hotel. As ocean breeze and FalseBay Inn are in one building. No underground parking available as stipulated in booking. No assistance with Bags. The outdoor roofing which leads from room patiodoor not kept clean or tidy.
